A great week in a lovely, relaxing apartment close to all the places we wanted to see in Florence

Pro: Lovely, stylish and comfortable apartment located in a great area of the city close to everything we wanted to see.

Contro: Minor things could be improved, e.g. lighting in the living room, bowl in the kitchen sink, handwash in the kitchen, kitchen rolls

Pro: The apartment is very beautiful, spacious and warm. Can get anywhere on foot. There is a large supermarket not far away, making shopping very convenient.

Contro: The bathroom is a bit small.

Contro: The bathroom facilities on the ensuite bathroom were not very good. Glass plate was not straight so everything fell off. If she made the same washing table as the other room the apartment would be 10 out of 10.

Pro: Beautifully designed apartment, with each of the three rooms having its own unique style. Apartment location within walking distance to all the main sights, and the staff gave us great local tips. Only thing missing is a washing machine, otherwise it’s perfect. Just watch out for mosquitoes.

Central location, stunning apartment, fantastic communication by the team!

Pro: The pictures don’t do the property justice; the building and apartment had so much character. It is absolutely stunning - walking into the long hallway as we entered the apartment literally took our breaths away. The flat was extremely spacious and had all the facilities we needed. It’s in a great central location and we were able to walk everywhere. Great communication from the property team via WhatsApp throughout our stay! Would happily stay here again!

Contro: This is so minor but the water was cold in the shower. We communicated this to the team and they were able to fix it on the same day. If you’re sleeping in the room by the main bathroom, the flush and water in the sink is louder than you would expect but we had earplugs so it wasn’t an issue.

Pro: The apartment was really nice—very big and cozy. However, a few essentials were missing, such as extra towels. I suggest including a bottle of water in the apartment and placing one in each room. The biggest room had some noise issues, as sounds from the neighboring apartments could be heard through the walls. That said, the building was generally quiet, and my overall experience was very positive. I recommend adding extra towels and a garbage bin, as there isn't one currently.

Contro: I want to address the reception we experienced upon arriving at the apartment. After a long day of travel, coming from the airport—where I was the driver—we were exhausted. We had to wait on the street for nearly 40 minutes for the person responsible for our check-in. We informed him prior about our arrival time and even messaged him again half an hour before reaching the apartment. Despite this, he made us wait outside because he was busy with another check-in at a different location. This was highly inconvenient as we stood there with our luggage, in a tight street filled with traffic, all while feeling hungry and overwhelmed. When he finally arrived, instead of offering an apology or acknowledgment of the situation, he acted as though nothing was amiss. When I inquired about the lengthy wait, he merely mentioned that he was waiting for others as well, which was quite dismissive. His attitude was far from professional. The check-in process itself was also inefficient. It took longer than necessary to hand over the keys and collect the city tax, which should have been a quick process. This negative attitude tainted an otherwise pleasant overall experience. My suggestion is to implement a keybox outside the apartment, allowing guests to receive the code via message. This would minimize or even eliminate the need for direct interaction with the staff, leading to a smoother arrival process in the future.

Pro: Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great to families we walked from the train station, without any problem. They were waiting to give us the keys. No hassle. They even brought us extra towels!

Contro: They only gave us one set of keys, some of us got some bug bites (not sure what it was), there was some partying in the building but it was New Year's weekend.
