Pro: Dimora storica, ricca di cultura e con vista panoramica mozzafiato

Pro: Posizione ottima, vista spettacolare. Appartamento enorme vecchio stile.

Contro: Necessiterebbe di essere ristrutturato e che venissero inseriti plus essenziali (spugna per lavare i piatti, cialde per macchina caffè).

Beautiful huge apartment in florence

Pro: The apartment was beautiful and unique, and very spacious, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect and walking distance from all the sights . The terraces and view were outstanding helpful

Contro: The main problem was that there was only one set of keys and between 7 grownups it was very hard to coordinate, because the downstairs also needs opening with 2 keys..also there was supposed to be a high chair for a baby which never materialized. But otherwise it was a lovely stay

A lovely apartment in a beautiful city

Pro: It was very spacious with plenty of storage. The bathrooms are modern and location is good. Great views from the balconies. The lift was good.

Contro: We only had one set of keys which were needed in order to leave the property. We were a party of 6 and didn’t go everywhere together so this was inconvenient especially as the apartment is on the second floor. Also we needed to download an app in order to deposit our recycling and rubbish in another street.

Excellent

Pro: It’s a legacy property - we had 4 bedrooms .. enough space to house 8-10 people. Neatly maintained. Cutlery was very good. Very near to Dome and can reach all the important locations by foot. We went there when it was raining.. the heater kept us warm. The staff were very good. It was our house for two days. Both rooms were clean and tidy. It’s a perfect getaway for big groups.

Contro: Only 2 bathrooms and they need a lock from inside.

Pro: The property was excellent, smart, well placed and perfect in every way with its 3 balconies and spacious rooms.

Contro: All was perfect and in keeping with a florentine home in an excellent location.

Pro: We loved all the rooms in the house . Great to have all that space with 3 young children . The moment you opened the front door, you knew you were staying in a special place. Great views from all the balconies. Tons of light in the kitchen. Would definitely come back.
