Pro: The bed was great very big, and the kitchen was fairly equipped, the location was great for us.
Contro: There were some negatives but all in all it was a very good stay. The shower had a pressure problem but I belive it was not the apartments fault. And also there was a small hill hike which for some can be problematic

Great value for money. All the windows have mosquito netting so we could have the windows open instead of having the air
Pro: The place was in a great location. Everything was within a walking distance.
Contro: There was nothing I didn’t think was anything bad about the place.

Pro: Es muy acogedor y practico, la cama y sus almohadas super confortable, cuenta con todo lo necesario para poder descansar y super plus la cocina, tiene todos los utensilios para preparar e incluso condimentos básicos . En cuestión de ubicación de facil acceso y la zona es bonita

Se não fosse por essa situaçãoque passamos, eu diria que foi boa
Pro: A ducha vaza toda ao usar e molha todo o chao, o chuveiro altera a todo segundo a temperatura, hora que e hora fria, e cono estava frio, de repente vc recebe uma ducha fria nas costas e ainda sai pelo box, vazando agua. O colchão é bom e a cama confortável, parece muito menor do que as fotos do booking
Contro: O acesso foi extremamente difícil , havia instruções para chegar e fotos, porém não correspondiam. O anfitrião nao sabia q a pessoa que havia limpado o local nao tinha deixado a chave onde deveria. Tivemos atraso no trem e chegamos tarde, chovia, nao conseguimos um Retorno de mensagem pq o anfitrião foi claro q nao atenderia apos 19:30... a nossa internet estava falha, mandamos mensagem para o booking e nada. Ficamos esperando por 2hrs do lado de fora. Qdo conseguimos falar, foi por uma ligação feita do telefone do meu esposo, que nao estava no cadastro e ai ele atendeu. Foi uma Situação extremamente dificil e ruim, com chuva, malas e à noite... em um lugar onde não conheciamos nada e sem qq contato c o anfitrião. Achei um absurdo! TODOS deveriam manter contato ate que o cliente estivesse exatamente dentro do local, o contato somente deveria ser \

Muy buena opción de alojamiento tranquilo
Pro: La ubicación, a 15 mn andando del Ponte Vecchio y a media hora de la estación de tren. Está en una zona muy tranquila, subiendo a la piazzale Michelangelo y por la noche no hay ningún ruido. Se descansa de maravilla y cerca hay cafeterías y restaurantes. La cama muy cómoda.

Pro: Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Kurz vor 15 Uhr kam eine Nachricht, wie der Check-In funktioniert. Die ganze Kommunikation war unproblematisch. Es lief alles über Nachrichten ab. Die Wohnung selber ist groß genug für eine bis zwei Personen. Das Badezimmer ist neu und modern. Das Haus zu finden ist einfach. Eigentlich war es ziemlich ruhig. Teilweise hat man die Haustür gehört oder eines morgens die Stadtreinigung. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zentral genug, dass man zu Fuß unkompliziert in das Zentrum auf die andere Flussseite kommt. Es gab aber auch viele Lokale vor Ort.
Contro: Das Bett war unbequem.

We had a very comfortable stay in a quiet corner of the city. Highly recommend
Pro: It was a very comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed including a small kitchenette. It was a fairly quiet area, even on the weekend. There was a party one night, but nothing ear plugs couldn't fix! Great restaurants nearby. It is a bit of a walk to city center, but completely doable. We enjoyed the more peaceful area. I recommend not following Google Maps walking directions as it makes you go out of the way and up switchbacks to get to the apartment. You can shave nearly 10 minutes off the walking time if you just look at the street map and take the direct path.
Contro: Neither of these are the fault of the hosts. They were wonderful. I believe the neighbors smoke. Our room had a bit of a smoke smell when we got there, but it was clear no one smoked in the room. Later during our stay the entry hallway smelled like smoke. We believe that it drifted into the room a bit before our stay. We were able to air out the room, but that first night was a bit hard as someone who is very sensitive to smoke. (But smoking is so common in Europe that just walking the streets is also hard for some.) The second was that the mosquitoes are no joke! I recommend bringing something for mosquitoes if you visit the city.
