Apt in San Niccolò a pochi passi da Ponte Vecchio

great location, lovely host and clean apartment with all the accessories.

Pro: the immediately response from the host and that there were all what we needed inside the apartment and a folder with instructions.

Contro: there were a specific smell in the lower room, in the instructions to get from the apartment to the train station there were mistakes in the name of the station, for the next time please leave a pen for signature.

Pro: The apartment was very clean, the bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything a normal kitchen (rather than a holiday let) has, including a washing machine, dishwasher and oven. Plenty of crockery and cutlery too. Very useful to have two bathrooms (both with shower) so no need to wait whenever you need it. It's in a quiet part of the city but only a short walk to the Arno River and the centre of town so the location was perfect. Nearby, there is quite a selection of restaurants and wine bars, there is also a lovely bakery/grocery just up the road. It's fairly close to Piazzale Michelangelo, where you'll be able to enjoy the most magnificent view of Firenze (worth the steep walk up the hill).

Contro: Even in broad daylight, the apartment is quite dark and the second bedroom, located below street level has a musty smell and feels damp, in spite of having the aircon/dehumidifier on most of the time. There is only a tiny window (and I mean tiny) which makes little difference when opened so the room is dark. Obviously a couple wouldn't need to use this second bedroom but just a warning to anyone trying to book the apartment for more than 2 people. On the day we arrived we were told the last guests left the TV broken and they had no idea when it would be replaced but by reading past reviews it appears that the last guests found it already in non-working order (they had a discount for it; we didn't) and the TV wasn't working in July either! Hmmm..

Great location, perfect for a family with older children

Pro: Location was fabulous, very convenient central walk to anywhere, clean with very good facilities, quite homey and spacious, lovely courtyard, perfect for a family ! Second bedroom with bathroom downstairs was also a welcome space for teenagers.

Pro: - La ubicación. A 10 minutos andando del centro, y al lado de Piazzale Michelangelo, el sitio con las mejores vistas de Florencia. - El patio interior. - Apartamento con la cocina bien preparada para cuatro personas. - Buena comunicación (por whatsapp) con la agencia que gestiona el apartamento.

Contro: - El inodoro de la habitación de abajo (no es uno común sino un triturador) se estropeó porque algún visitante anterior tiró algún plástico, pero lo arreglaron el mismo día. - No fue un problema, pero la televisión analógica no funcionaba (la Smart TV sí).

Ubicación excepcional, gran confort y buenos detalles.

Pro: La ubicación es excepcional, tanto que hay que tener cuidado si entras con el coche porque está en ZTL. Se puede visitar andando la ciudad dando un cómodo paseo. El confort de la casa muy bueno

Contro: El menaje de cocina era escaso para cuatro personas. Por todo lo demás, muy bien

Pro: La habitacion de abajo muy chula, con aire aun más y la terraza fue lo mejor También su excelente ubicación

Contro: Lo peor el olor a humedad y el sofa, que no permite dormir, ni a un adolescente, muy incomodo

Notre séjour de 4 nuits c'est très bien passé. Je recommende cet établissement.

Pro: L'appartement est très bien équipé pour une famille ou deux couples. Il y avait même une petite cour intérieure.La décoration est soignée, les lits confortables. La situation géographique est top : dans un quartier sympa, à quelques mètres d'une épicerie fine et à l'exterieur de la ZTL de Florence mais tout proche du centre ville à pied.

Contro: Parcequ'il faut mettre un commentaire, je dirais qu'il faut changer un mug parce qu'il fuit.

Very lovely apartment with plenty of room.

Pro: Had everything you needed and then some. Very detailed oriented towards travelers.

Contro: Had a washer but no dryer.

Exceptionnel très proche des lieux à visiter, au calme sans être isolé

Pro: La situation géographique : à moins de 10mn du centre touristique et proche de bar/restaurant. L'appartement est vraiment spacieux : 2 grandes chambres, un espace salon, un coin cuisine et une cœur intérieure idéale pour les petits déjeuner ou les repas. De nombreux rangements et de l'espace dans chaque pièce. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons été agréablement surpris. Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel

Contro: Vraiment rien. Tout était selon nos attentes.

Beau logement idéalement localisé. Hôtes sympathiques et à l'écoute

Pro: Avant tout, la disponibilité et gentillesse des hôtes qui nous ont très bien renseignés sur la ZTL et autres modalités. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Florence et se rendre au point de vue panoramique. La rue est très calme et de nombreux commerces sont à proximité. Petit coin extérieur bien pratique. Climatisation très appréciée par cette chaleur.

Contro: L'odeur d'humidité est très prenante dans la chambre du bas (ancienne cave).
