Pro: Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Appartamento bello, pulito e comodo, a 10 minuti dal centro a piedi. Molto soddisfatti. Consigliatissimo!!!

Pro: Mi è piaciuta la zona in cui si trovava, molto vicino al centro e tranquillo. Il posto era molto curato nei minimi dettagli con moltissimi utensili per potersi arrangiare in casa. I proprietari ci hanno accompagnato per il check in e accolto in modo molto gentile.

Utterly charming apartment in peaceful location

Pro: The apartment is quirky and utterly charming, on the ground floor of an old, small house where two roads meet at an acute angle. Small but perfectly proportioned with everything we needed for a short stay. Cosy living space with a small kitchen, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom with a great shower. Well equipped with plenty of storage and everything worked. Superb, peaceful location to get away from the madness of central Florence, but only a short walk across the Arno to get to all the main sights. Opposite a lovely public garden leading up to the Piazzale Michelangelo, which is a great spot from which to watch the sunset with an aperitivo. Angela and her son, Lapo, were very pleasant to deal with. We loved our stay and would happily stay again when we return to Florence.

Contro: Nothing - it was perfect for us.

Pro: Gorgeous location, being right underneath the Piazzale Michelangelo and yet just 10 mins from city centre. The apartment was clean and just like in the photos. All the terms were according to the description. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating (we arrived to the apartment ~1 hour later than we had agreed on, as the public transport had some outage).

Pro: Next to a beautiful rose garden and situated in a cool neighbourhood.

A perfect, relaxing taste of Firenze.

Pro: Spotlessly clean, well equipped, nice and bright. Proximity to eateries, within walking distance of main tourist attractions, and its name sake - the Rose Garden. Owners contacted us to ensure everything was ok and offered help should we need it.

Contro: Nothing that would warrant being raised as an issue.

A very welcoming and nice stay in Florence.

Pro: The accommodation was very nice and comfortable with a nice walking distance from the city centre. The communication with the hosts was very good and they did everything to make our stay as great as possible. They did not have a problem with letting us in the accommodation a bit earlier and they made sure the minor complications during our stay would be fixed, which we were very happy with. The appartment met our expectations.

Contro: The appartment is somewhat smaller then you may expect after looking at the pictures, but on the other hand, especially the bathroom was spacious, as well as the shower cabin. Overall, for two persons, the appartement was of decent size. Furthermore, since the appartement is located halfway on a hill, you should expect to walk quite a bit upwards if you go from the centre to the appartment. This was not a big problem for us however.

Cozy Florence Apartment

Pro: This was my second time in this apartment and it was still perfect. The location is close to the city but out of the way so you have peace. It is close to lots of gardens and parks, which are a welcome respite from the city. The apartment itself is perfectly appointed and very cozy. The host was very kind and easy to work coordinate with. I’d definitely stay here again.

Quiet apartment in Firenze

Pro: This apartment was absolutely lovely. The owner was very gracious and helpful and the apartment is just perfect. It has everything you could want and a perfect location. Very nice.
