Luca's home over the Rose Garden

Great choice !

Pro: I appreciated the cleanliness, the location and the view from the balcony. \tThe apartment has all the amenities. The girls I stayed in touch with were very friendly, and their tips were helpful.

Pro: Beautiful location, close to the centre with amazing views. We were lucky enough to have booked over the celebrations of their patron saint and had a front row seat for the fireworks. Clean, exactly as described, fully stocked, very safe and the balcony and washing machines were both super great additions, especially after rafting on the river! The hosts were amazing, really helpful and communicative giving great recommendations and helping with transport. We would love to return!

Pro: The location of the apartment is very nice, in a quite neighborhood. The apartment itself is very stylish, in clean modern style with all the utilities you will need. We felt at home with first steps in the apartment.

Pro: Wunderschöne Lage, ruhig und zentral! Der Balkon ist das Highlight! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und gibt Tipps. Wenn nach Florenz, dann nur mehr in das Appartement :) Die Küchenausstattung ist hervorragend.

Pro: Sehr schöne Wohnung und für uns perfekt gelegen. Sehr ruhig in der Nacht

Pro: Absolutely amazing location, close to downtown and close to the overlook, to see the whole city. Very clean apartment, very well equipped, very nice set up with a terass to eat meals up the steps. We lived our stay right next to the rose garden!

Pro: Восхитительная квартира в самом красивом районе Флоренции. Интерьер, терраса, вид с нее - все просто замечательно! Есть абсолютно все для жизни (кухонное оборудование, стиральная и сушильная машинки, утюг, гладильная доска), все в прекрасном состоянии, очень хорошо устроено. В дни моего пребывания была очень холодная погода, но в ванной и спальне было тепло и уютно. А жить совсем рядом с Садом Роз - это мечта и привилегия. И вообще этот район чудесный.

Contro: Это не минус, а особенность квартиры - очень, очень маленькая ванная и особенно раковина в ней. Так что я бы сказала, что эти апартаменты идеальны для одного человека, максимум для двух, для кого это не критичный момент.

Apartamento de en sueño (si respetas el check-in)

Pro: La ubicación fue lo mejor, estás a 2 minutos del mirador desde el que se ve Florencia entera. Subimos tanto de día como de noche y las vistas son increíbles, e incluso nos coincidió que había algún evento. El apartamento además estaba súper limpio y era muy acogedor, con electrodomésticos nuevos y útiles. Todo estaba pensado al detalle. Destacar la terraza, desayunamos allí las dos mañanas que estuvimos e increíble.

Contro: Lo único que no nos gustó, es que si llegas fuera del horario de check-in estipulado por el arrendador, te cobran un suplemento bastante elevado. Nosotros llegamos muy muy tarde (era la 1:30 de la mañana por atraso de un vuelo) por lo que hubo una persona esperando por nosotros. Nos cobraron 100€ a mayores, lo cual me pareció demasiado, pero es cierto que nos lo habían avisado cuando hicimos la reserva. Es el único punto negativo.
