Pro: L'appartamento è molto confortevole e pulitissimo; ho molto apprezzato la cura per l'ospite: dal kit di cortesia all'angolo colazione/caffé. La casa, inoltre, è dotata di tutto l'occorrente nel caso in cui si decida di cucinare. Ottima posizione, comoda per girare la città a piedi.

Contro: Migliorerei il bagno, in particolare la doccia che non era dotata di un vero e proprio vetro di chiusura e di conseguenza il pavimento si allagava spesso

Pro: Good location, quite close to supermarkets, restaurants and attractions. They left us goodies for each morning perfect for breakfast.

Contro: The floor was very cold and there were no slippers. The bathroom was very narrow.

We would happily return.

Pro: A charming apartment, small but well-presented, stylish and nicely furnished. Equipment is very good, with everything you could need in the kitchen. The bed is comfortable. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and a lovely square by the impressive Basilica di Santa Croce (Holy Cross) di Firenze. The apartment was perfect for our needs, communication with the proprietor (and Sara, who greeted us at the apartment) was great. We would happily return.

Pro: It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. With every commodity you could possibly wish for including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with gorgeous pillows.

Contro: I liked everything. It's perfect for a short stay and very central. The owners are delightful and very helpful.

Pro: A wonderful apartment in the very center of the city, perfectly equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host clearly paid great attention to detail — we were welcomed with coffee, snacks, and cookies, which made us feel at home right away. Everything we could possibly need was available, including laundry capsules, cleaning supplies, adapters for devices, full kitchen equipment, heaters, and even a hair straightener. Thanks to this thoughtful and well-prepared apartment, our vacation in Florence was truly fantastic and unforgettable

Contro: We stayed in December, and it was cold, but the large warm blankets and heaters kept us very comfortable.
