Pro: L'appartamento è funzionale e ben organizzato, disposto su due piani con zona notte sotto e zona giorno sopra, il terrazzo è un valore aggiunto. La cucina è attrezzata e ben organizzata, i bagni sono stati ristrutturati da poco e sono molto confortevoli, mancano solo qualche appendi asciugamani. Nei dintorni si trova tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno, dal mercato di sant'Ambrogio a dove fare colazione, i monumenti più importanti si raggiungono in dieci minuti a piedi.

Contro: L'appartamento è posto al terzo piano senza ascensore, e all'interno per raggiungere il piano superiore la scale è un po' stretta. Non è adatto a chi ha problemi di mobilità.

Pro: Appartamento di qualità ben posizionato in quartiere S.Ambrogio vissuto da fiorentini, con mercato storico e supermercati a un passo. Gli interni sono ben descritti e corrispondono alle foto, come l'eccellente vista dal terrazzo. Ottimo per famiglie e gruppi di amici, con due bagni disponibili.

Contro: Il servizio WIFI. Semplicemente non funzionava. Dapprima era sbagliata la password indicata. Poi, a seguito di intervento richiesto, funzionava al piano di sotto, ma cadeva la connessione al piano di sopra, poiché l'intervento non aveva riguardato l'extender del segnale lì posizionato. Anche il riscaldamento, controllato remotamente, era insufficiente. Al piano di sotto si poteva supplire con i climatizzatori nelle stanze, ma al piano di sopra il climatizzatore non funzionava.

Amazing terrace and apartment

Pro: Loved the roof, the location was amazing, good value and good aircon.

Contro: The bedroom without aircon was difficult to sleep in.

Brilliant and spacious accommodation in a central location.

Pro: The property is large and centrally located. Kitchen and bathrooms are modern and the property has air conditioning in most of the rooms. There is a great terrace with spectacular views. The property is clean and spacious.

Contro: Mattresses and pillows are of poor quality, one of the bedrooms didn’t have air conditioning. The door on one of the shower units is broken and there are cracked and a broken tile in one of the bedrooms. While there were two parasol bases there wasn’t a parasol to use which meant that we couldn’t use the terrace as the heat was intense. The door to the terrace is faulty.

Great apartment in a great location! Recommend!

Pro: Fantastic roof terrace and in a great location. Very spacious with everything you need.

Contro: The stairs as on the 3rd floor.

Super location, lovely views from roof terrace and comfortable accomodation.

En härlig terass, ett fenomenalt läge, en lägenhet som passade oss perfekt

Pro: Det var ett utmärkt område. Terassen var ljuvlig. Gott om utrymme för oss fem. Där fanns adekvat utrustning gi köket. mkt trevlig piazza nära. och vår favoritrestaurang Osteria Uguccione som hade mkt god och prisvärd mat och utmärkt vin och fantastisk service.

Contro: Vi fick fråga efter en del utrustning. Det annonserades som att boendet låg vid en lugn gata - vilket var sant, men ljudet från piazzan var högt, särskilt på lördagskvällen

Pro: Прекрасен апартамент със страхотна локация ! Чистотата беше на ниво, баните са страхотни, матраците перфектни. Много голям и просторен. Страхотна гледка от терасата.

Contro: Прекрасна тераса, но без сянка, което я прави неизползваема през деня. Климатиците на втория етаж или не работят или не могат да смогнат на жегите и ако е планувано някой да спи там е невъзможно, това е етажа с хола и кухнята.

Pro: El departamento era muy amplio con todas las comodidades necesarias y más. La ubicación privilegiada. Excelente lugar para disfrutar Florencia.
