very convenient apartment with lots of space. Conveniently located for visiting florence

Pro: Great place. Just outside the old town. Quite so no street noise which would keep you up at night. The shower is a bit difficult so not suitable for handicapped people but otherwise is just fine

Great place to stay on south side of the river.

Pro: The property is a characterful first floor flat at the end of a lane off the main road to Porta Roma. It was very quiet. 15/20 minute walk to the river but close to Boboli gardens

Contro: There was no dishwasher or toiletries both of which were listed when we booked Entry to communal door involves a phone call on the first occasion. We had trouble with this until we found you needed to put 00 in front of the number when using a UK mobile. The door opened automatically when we called.

Pro: location was perfect, very close to several bus stops. Also, close to several nice cafes and restaurants!

Contro: the mattress on the bed is pretty hard, but that's just a personal preference and I would have like a few coffee pods or even a couple of tea bags, because I couldn't find the coffee pods in the Carrefour store to buy them.

Great for a longer stay

Pro: The apartment is beautiful! You are very close to the city center, like tops a walk of 15-20 min. You are on a side street so it is all very quite. You have a bakery at just 5 minutes walk, grocery stores, a supermarket. It is clean, well equipped, comfortable. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook. The bathroom is small but nice. It was all very good prepared at my arrival. I will definitely return!

Pro: Квартира выполнена в оригинальном стиле и оборудована всем необходимым. Расположена в 15-20 минутах неторопливой ходьбы от старого города.

Contro: Резкий конраст с квартирой производит подъезд. Он настолько грязный что смазывает все хорошие впечатления от квартиры. Привести его в порядок не требуется больших затрат. Достаточно хотя бы покрасить стены. Также отсутствовал брелок для открытия контейнеров для мусора. Поэтому прихшлось искать контейнеры куда можно было выкинуть мусор.

Pro: Отдыхали в данных апартаментах в сентябре 2025 года. Квартира нам очень понравилась, расположение просто прекрасное. За всю неделю во Флоренции мы ни разу не воспользовались общественным транспортом. До исторического центра ходили пешком, все было достаточно близко. А еще благодаря расположению смогли попасть в сады Боболи не с главного входа и не пришлось стоять в очереди) Единственный существенный минус этих апартаментов это ванная комната. Она очень неудобна, много ступенек, очень мало место, чтобы комфортно принять душ. Еще в квартире холодный пол, но это легко решается тапочками) Если бы не ванная комната, то я бы точно поставила 10 баллов, потому что в остальном нам все очень понравилось)

Spacious and affordable one bedroom apartment. Great communication with host

Pro: Very comfortable and spacious one bedroom apartment. Communication with host was excellent. short walking distance to centro storico.

Contro: Bathroom had a unique odor almost smelled like a chinese restaurant. Everything was clean. Unless you plan on spending your trip in the bathroom the odor is easily overlooked.

Pro: Wir hatten 4 sehr schöne Tage in dieser Stadt. Das Appartment war super eingerichtet und wir konnten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus sehr schnell in die Innenstadt gelangen Das Viertel Oltrano war um die Ecke Die Porta Romanum ebenfalls Insgesamt würden wie jederzeit wiederkommen

Contro: Wie schon in einigen Rückmeldungen erkennbar ist das Bad etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig Man sollte sportlich und gut zu Fuß sein Wir fanden es witzig
