Pro: Appartamento nuovissimo con ogni comfort. Posizione strategica. Staff super disponibile e comunicazione rapida ed efficiente. Davvero una bellissima scoperta!!!

Pro: Appartamento completamente nuovo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è davvero centralissima, perfetta per visitare Firenze a piedi senza bisogno di mezzi di trasporto. Il check-in è stato completamente automatizzato, molto comodo e veloce, e la comunicazione con l’host tramite WhatsApp è stata semplice e immediata, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi domanda. Consigliatissimo!

Pro: Excellent location. Very clean and lots of space.Short walk to railway station.

Contro: Sofa bed not comfortable

Pro: Perfect location, recently updated property, staff was very responsive and they had a space to leave luggage until 8 pm

Contro: 1) Both rooms are facing a busy street and noise isolation is not the best and as a result you can hear everything from trucks collecting garage to loud conversations. The bedroom was a little bit better but not by much 2) The apartment is very very long, and you will need to walk to the toilet,

It was a delight

Pro: The apartment was clean and fully renovated. Its position is super central and that was so nice to walk around the city and come back for a much needed power nap in 5 mins ! I highly recommend !!!

Valeu o lugar , boa localização e boa instalações

Pro: A acomodação apresenta dois quartos e corredor com sala e mesa de jantar e cozinha separada. Primeiro andar, porém com 23 degraus que não atrapalhou em nada. Precisamos de papel higiênico a mais e logo foi solucionado. O lixo que não tivemos explicações de onde levar e o que fazer . O banheiro sai pouco cheiro de esgoto, mas fica longe dos quartos, Chuveiro bom e quente. O apartamento todo aquecido . Utensílios da cozinha suficiente para 4 pessoas

Pro: Şifre ile giriliyor.mekan sahibini görmüyorsunuz. Heryere yakın.buyuk bir ev. Temiz. Mutfak donanımlı.klimalar var ısıtma çok iyi. Bir çift kişilik yatak.bir de çekyat var ancak alt kısımdan bir yatak daha çıkıyor.cok rahat ettik

Contro: İnsanların yürüyüş yolu olduğundan gece sokaktan sesler geliyor.ama çok rahatsız edici değil. Bir koku vardı sebebini bulamadığımız. Ancak ev sahibi endişelerimizi giderdi.odemeyi ya linke ya da otele yapmak gerekiyordu.otele yapmayı tercih ettik..

Amazing stay at Novella's apartment. Best location in the city.

Pro: Location was excellent, very close to SMN Railway station. Finding that place was a challenge since there were many Novella's apartments in nearby areas, but after walking for some time, we found it. The place was close to every attraction in Florence. Since we love walking, we loved the location.

Contro: Three things I didn't like about the apartment. 1. The movement sensing light in front of the bathroom. It was very bright and destroyed the sleep when you went to use the bathroom at night. 2. There was no coffee kettle. This is a bare minimum expectation from an apartment especially since people from India find it difficult to operate the electric stove 3. There was no washing machine. This would have been a bonus, of course, it was not mentioned in the list of facilities when I booked the apartment.
