Pro: Tutto !! Il calore dell ospitalità sia da parte dello Staff sia quando entri in casa , dotata di tutti i confort, split in ogni stanza anche jn cucina letto comodo ampi balconi e soprattutto pulitissima, ascendore sempre attivo ed la tranvia che con 10 minuti ti porta alla stazione centrale inoltre Chiara è starà una super host sempre presente disponibile ed attenta alle nostre esigenze con risposta immediata e questo contraddistingue non poco le qualità di una struttura i miei complimenti al top delle classifiche

Lovely stay near Florence Centre

Pro: We loved the space, it was a nice big bedroom with a couch and verandah, the kitchen was handy to make food, and the washing machine. We walked into Florence, but there is a tram across road. It was private and close to a supermarket and very good Cafe.

Contro: Needs a few more kitchen items available, salt n pepper, milk maybe, also a small supply of laundry liquid would be good for 1 wash. Things that help tired travellers. More instructions, clearer instructions for foreigners to find the apartment.

Pro: The closeness of the tram to the house and the two bedrooms where great for staying a few nights amd exploring the city

Pro: Le trajet pour le centre de florence très facile . Bien situé. Chiara très efficace.

Contro: La cuisine pas assez de casserole etc...

A good option with 2 separate bedrooms

Pro: I liked the hospitality, spacious rooms, washing machine, availability of coffee, tea and other everyday products, proximity to public transport.

Contro: There wasn't enough shampoo, so I took a packet from my previous hotel. The second bed could have been made better, as most people looking for a two-bed apartment assume both will be ready. But these are minor details; overall, the apartment is very nice and the hostess is wonderful!

Pro: Mooi en schoon appartement, alles aanwezig. Lekkere bedden, goede douche. 3 minuten lopen naar de tramhalte om naar het centrum te lopen. Vriendelijke eigenaresse, prettig contact vooraf en een welkomstpakket met oa spaghetti en wijn. Ik kan dit appartement zeker aanraden.
