Pro: Pulizia, posizione, disponibilità e gentilezza dell’host.

Pro: Appartamento in posizione molto tranquilla molto accogliente e con tutti i servizi necessari. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. C'è la possibilità di un ristorante per il pranzo o la cena e un bar per la colazione appena fuori casa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Contro: La tv piuttosto che in cucina la metterei nelle camere.

Pro: perfetto appartamento in splendida location silenziosa e comoda al centro. appartamento estremanete pulito e proprietari disponibili. vicino ai mezzi (autobus e tram)

Pleasant, clean accommodation with friendly hosts and a nice seating area, where we missed nothing

Pro: The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was pleasantly cool inside the apartment despite the hot weather outside, so comfortable that we didn’t even need to turn on the air conditioning. A big plus was the outdoor seating area in the garden. We also appreciated how clean and well-equipped the apartment was, as well as the friendly and helpful attitude of the hosts, who provided us with all the information we needed.

Contro: Honestly, we couldn’t find any significant downsides. Everything was as expected, or even better.

Tolle Tage in Florenz in einer ruhigen, aber zentralen Unterkunft

Pro: Wir wurden sehr nett von der Mutter des Besitzers empfangen. Der Kontakt mit Lorenzo war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber nett eingerichtet. Mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Bus ist man innerhalb von 30 Minuten in der Altstadt, aber auch rund um die Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Cafés, Restaurants…). Ein paar Minuten entfernt kann man kostenfrei parken. Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen Florenz-Trip.

Contro: Die typischen italienischen Decken mit Bettlaken sind nicht so meins 😉

Très agréable séjour à Florence, comme à la maison!

Pro: Grande disponibilité des hôtes à l'arrivée comme au départ. Le logement est spacieux et parfaitement équipé. Tout est fourni c'est exceptionnel! Cuisine équipée, condiments, essuie-tout, papier cuisson pour le four, tout y est! La literie est très confortable, les chambres très grandes, bien chauffées. Salle de douche séparée de l'espace lavabo/WC. C'est très pratique. Machine à laver et lessive disponibles. Petite cour intérieure pour déjeuner au calme. Le logement est un peu à l'écart du centre ville mais tout est accessible très rapidement : 10 mn à pied de la ligne 2 du Tram (accès direct à l'aéroport en 10 mn), 5 mn de la ligne 1 du Tram qui mène au Centre-ville en 10 mn et 8 mn à pied de la gare Rifredi pour les excursions à Pise, Sienne, Rome si on veut... Rue calme en sens unique au bord d'un affluent de l'Arno. Supermarché à 5mn à pied et nombreux petits restaurants à proximité immédiate. En somme, excellent séjour chez Lorenzo!

Contro: Quelques couverts en plus et un égouttoir à vaisselle seraient parfaits. Le micro-ondes ne fonctionne pas très bien. Mais c'est vraiment très secondaire par rapport au confort global. Dernier point pour être tout à fait objectif, l'immeuble est assez sonore mais c'est le cas dans tous les appartements que nous avons occupés en Italie. Nous avons néanmoins très bien dormi pendant notre semaine de séjour.
