Pro: Location was just about perfect for us With a wonderful restaurant almost directly opposite great food and great staff especially Enzo the manager lovely fellow and attentive to my partners need for glutton free meals .

Contro: The club next door with its drum and bass music into the early hours . Although it didn’t bother us but might upset others.

Pro: We were very happy with our stay- would highly recommend to those staying in Florence! The location was perfect- walking distance to the Duomo and other key attractions, while being a bit removed from the busy area/ hustle and bustle. The space itself was great- access to a full bathroom, washing machine, kitchen and a comfortable bedroom and seating space. Wonderful host who met us upon check-in and recommended different activities and places to eat!

Pro: Kliması yeterliydi, konumu merkeziydi, otobüs duraklarına yakındı, turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Asansör mevcuttu valiz taşımak zorunda kalmadık.

Great stay for solo traveling!

Pro: I loved how perfectly it was situated near everything of interest. It’s just around the corner from the church of Santa Croce, and only an 8 minute walk from the duomo.

Contro: I didn’t like the noise of the bar downstairs.

It’s a fun place to be regardless of the noise.

Pro: The location is perfect with restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. It very close to Santa Croce and only minutes away from the Duomo and Uffizi.

Contro: I read earlier reviews about the noise levels in the street. At times it was very loud with party goers just below the window. We managed to sleep anyway. If you are a light sleeper you would be in trouble. But, you can always go out and join the party.

Pro: Diana and the team were great with communication and sending the info we needed in advance. The apartment is adorable and we appreciated the amenities, especially the coffee maker and laundry. It’s a great space for a multiple day stay in Florence. We loved the map they made and gave to us with great spots to visit. They also very kindly helped us book a taxi on our last day. We could get everywhere we needed by walking and so many cool things to see in the neighborhood! Very clean also and had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again!

Contro: Be advised that if you want to use the sofa bed they will charge extra for the linens, which should probably be advertised up front in the listing. We were scrambling to find the city trash receptacle on our last day to bring out our trash! Maybe don’t leave that part to the last minute lol. Also if you are trying to go to sleep anytime before midnight, it is very loud from the street with clubs/bars. My friend said it was like “sleeping in the club” for her. Maybe bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise.

A cozy place to stay right next to Santa Croce at center of Florence

Pro: Location, right next to the Santa Croce Cathedral.

Contro: Location, a bit noisy outside at night, and expensive.

Pro: Localização é muito boa, perto de tudo, você pode fazer os passeios todos a pé. O apartamento é bem confortável e tem tudo que você precisa. Pessoal atencioso e gentil.

Contro: Única ressalva é o barulho, por ser uma rua movimentada e ter um bar e dois restaurantes embaixo no prédio, o barulho é muito alto, difícil para dormir. Como o prédio é antigo as janelas não tem isolamento acústico, o que dificulta.

Excellent location - I would recommend this place if you don't mind climbing stairs to get to bed.

Pro: There was no breakfast included but Nespresso pods were provided. Loved that the property had a lift however there were never any lights on once inside the door so we wandered in the dark whenever we came home at night. The staff were excellent arranging for a taxi next morning for a tour we had booked, and again when we left as they seem in very short supply. They were very helpful with restaurant advice and had a great map for us. Loved the location as far as restaurants and close to the sights but it was far from the train so we had to take 4 taxis during our stay as a result. Cute little kitchen area, nice bathroom and having a washing machine and drying rack and internet was great. Overall great value.

Contro: We had heavy luggage and took a taxi from the train to the office as requested. After filling out all the paperwork we had to walk about a block and a half to get to our apartment. We were exhausted by the time we got settled. The unit was dark compared to the bright photos I had seen. The street was noisy at night with partying going on till well past midnight. Air conditioner was great as it drowned out the noise but was very loud itself. I slept on the pullout couch and it was every bit as awful as one would expect. At 70 it was not nice at all! I have trouble with stairs so my friend used the loft bed.
