Pro: A magnificent apartment which was full of character. Great facilities and location. We were a family of six and had a huge amount of space, we were all very sad to leave

Pro: Beautiful large and spacious apartment. Some epic restaurants just downstairs. And a very short walk to the Duomo.

Pro: We had a fantastic time at this property, the apartment was very special with all the decor we felt we were right in the renaissance! Great location we were able to walk all over Florence as it is very central! My children loved playing in the apartment as it is very big! There’s a great restaurant right across from the front door aswell!! We loved people watching from the window above 😊

Beautiful, spacious apartment near many shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Pro: Great location; spacious, beautiful apartment. The property managers supply you with coffee pods, snacks, soaps, etc.

Contro: The washing machine ruined some of our clothes. I downloaded and translated the whole manual and tried my best to figure it out. I lowered temperatures from the standard settings but the machine got very hot during the drying cycle. The washer also takes many hours to get through s cycle. Use caution and plan ahead. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to run so we washed our dishes by hand, which was no problem.

The perfect place to stay in Florence… to make you feel immersed in the culture.

Pro: The property was so unique, spacious, perfect location and beautiful.

Pro: It dose look amazing as the picture shows, and bigger than my imagination! It located at a bustling part of the city, also a club nearby, so it might be a bit noisy at the night of weekends.

Pro: 管理会社の方がとても親切だった。チェックイン時間より早く到着したが、到着時刻を事前に知らせておき到着時にはアパートで待っていてくれてタクシーを降りると建物の入り口で私たちを迎えてくれ荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれた。 更にアパートの詳細や周辺のオススメのレストラン、フィレンツェの名物料理、訪れるべき場所などを説明してくれた。 セキュリティもとても安心で建物の入り口とアパートの鍵の2箇所の鍵がある。 帰りの駅までのタクシーも手配してもらえてとても助かった。チェックアウトはとても簡単で誰にも会わずにチェックアウトできるよう上手く考えられている。部屋は七人でも広々と宿泊できるので大人数で宿泊される方におすすめ。又、アパートには生活に必要なものが全て整えられていて何不自由なく短期滞在できると思う。長期滞在の方は暮らすように生活するのに必要な設備が全て整っていると思う。

Contro: 中世のパラッツォをアパート改装しているのでお城に泊まっている気分が味わえる反面、バスルーム、キッチン、ベッドは快適だが部屋が少し暗い。好みにもよると思うが私たちはもう少し明るい方が良かった。又、建物の真下に数軒のレストラン、広場があるので毎晩音楽やパーティーのような騒音が深夜まで響いている。私たちの母国語ではないので聞き取れずうるさくても気にならずに眠れたが音に敏感な人は耳栓が必要。

Pro: Einzigartige Innenausstattung und super nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Der mega großzügige Schnitt des Appartement und die Möbelierung hat den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht.

Contro: Leider ist es abends und nachts sehr laut dadurch die angrenzenden Restaurants.
