The lovely place to stay and rest after walking

Pro: Very clean, cozy apartments, not so far from the historical center. Located on the small street what makes your stay much relaxing. Easy system to get a key. The small gift bag by arrival.

Contro: A little bit confusing by arrival - there are no numbers or any indication on the doors. And of course there were 2 doors with a key boxes on my floor, so tried my codes 2 times. the 1st door was wrong! :)

It was good but it could have been better if the keys were made available or the person could have picked the call since

Pro: Everything was made available in the kitchen area which was pretty good and the room was clean.

Contro: The key lock confusion and the miscommunication, had to wait outside for an hour until the agency person came along with the keys himself.

Pro: Bien ubicado, cómodo, con un supermercado emfrente y con todas las cosas necesarias.

Contro: La cadena del baño no iba bien y se pasa toda la noche sonando o tirándose sola.

Appart bien situé et équipé et bon service client de la part de l'équipe

Pro: J'ai aimé la disponibilité de l'équipe, la qualité du service et l'état du logement. L'appartement était bien rangé, propre et suffisamment équipé. Il est situé en centre-ville et j'étais proche de tous les principaux lieux que je voulais visiter. Merci à l'équipe pour leur disponibilité !

LOGEMENT TRES BIEN PLACE - CALME ET PROPRETE

Pro: Nous avons pu arriver tard sans surcoût avec le système de clé dans le coffre sécurisé. Les indications données par l'hôte étaient très claires. Réactivité de l'hôte dans ses réponses.

Contro: Il manquait des rideaux aux fenêtres dont les volets sont des persiennes ajourées de ce fait, il faisait jour très tôt le matin : prévoir un masque de nuit !

I very much enjoyed my stay!!

Pro: I arrived late at midnight, however the host made it very easy for me to find the property and collect the keys from the box. All of the instructions were very clear and whenever I had a question, she responded to me rapidly. The apartment was very clean and the heater was turned on just before I arrived. The temperature was comfortable. We had all the supplies and amenities needed to enjoy our stay.

Contro: The hot water in the shower was quite limited and I am used to this, I just turn off the water while using shampoo and only turn it on for rinsing. However for future guests, it might be helpful to explain the limitation of hot water. It's not necessary, but it would be really nice to have salt, pepper and olive oil in the Kitchen to use for cooking and to avoid having to purchase for a short stay

Buena ubicación

Pro: Muy buena ubicacion, un poco alejado del centro mismo, pero lo suficiente para ir caminando

Contro: El aire acondicionado antiguo, sonaba muy fuerte. Dificulta el descanso.

Pro: Гарна квартира. Чудова локація. Пішки спокійно можна дістатися майже до всіх цікавих місць. Через дорогу маркет. Зручне ліжко, є бойлер і, відповідно, завжди гаряча вода. Непоганий ремонт. Кухонний анекс в якому є все що треба. Чіткі і зрозумілі інструкції як дістатися і як отримати ключі. Приємні хазяїви. Гарно їм дякуємо за приємні умови і затишне житло!) Раджу і житло і хазяїв!)
