Pro: Posizione perfetta, terrazza con vista stupenda, ci siamo sentiti a casa

Contro: Purtroppo manca il bidet

Posizione ottima, terrazza suggestiva, casa attrezzata e soprattutto l’ascensore

Pro: Veniamo spesso a Firenze, non avevamo mai trovato un attico, con terrazza e l’ascensore in un palazzo antico al centro storico, in una via elegante e fuori dal caos, una comodità unica. La posizione è ottima, la vista su San Lorenzo, i colli e la torre del Palazzo della Signoria rappresenta un lusso da concedersi per piacevoli colazioni e cene, i comodi cuscini per le poltrone esterne si trovano nell’armadio nella cucina, questa è veramente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici, i letti sono confortevoli e i pochi scalini dentro casa rendono l’atmosfera divertente. L’appartamento è molto luminoso grazie alle numerose finestre che sia affacciano sui tetti di Firenze. il Wi-Fi funziona benissimo anche fuori in terrazza. Il bagno è comodo, l’acqua calda arriva dopo qualche secondo. Lo staff (Lili) è competente e disponibile, insomma Un ottima esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

Fabulous hidden treasure

Pro: You could not find a better property, with a rooftop terrace, in the city centre of Florence for such a good price - the location is fantastic! Any questions I had was answered within the hour of sending a message. The hosts were very attentive and friendly.

Wonderful stay in Florence and staff were super helpful

Pro: Fantastic location with a beautiful terrace to enjoy wonderful Florence.

Contro: Bathroom slightly dated but very usable - had to watch the temperature of the shower but overall good.

A joy of a Florence rooftop apartment!

Pro: Great location in the city, up high away from the streets, and the private roof terrace really made it special. Roof top views are as good as the photos. Accommodation was quirky with steps up and down between rooms but just added to the character.

Contro: The bells of the churches/Cathedral at 7 in the morning if you have the windows open😂. You'll need to be fit as there are a fair few steps to the accommodation... The lift (for one at a time or an excuss for a cuddle!) goes most of the way. Be patient for the hot water in the shower to get going.

Pro: far better than expected, the localization fantastic, the appartment extraordinary and astonishing and the terrace on the roof...! heaven. The assistance very friendly and helpful. would repeat if back to florence one day

Pro: L'emplacement idéal, à proximité (à pieds) de tous les monuments emblématiques de Florence, des boutiques et restaurants.. Appartement super sécurisé et très bien équipé, petit souci avec la climatisation mais booking a fait intervenir un technicien le lendemain et tout s'est bien passé. La terrasse à 360* nous donne un panorama incroyable que l'on a apprécié chaque jour. Adresse à garder...

Contro: Pas de petit geste de bienvenu et une bouteille d'eau fraîche aurait vraiment été appréciée quand il fait 40 degrés... Il manque juste une chose : un parasol pour la terrasse !!

Pro: Location was amazing! Close to everything but still quiet. Easy check in process all on line. Did not need to go to an alternate location to check in

Contro: We had an electrical problem so when we arrived we had no a/c or lights. However management answers my phone call and sent someone right away to fix. We left for dinner and returned to a nice cool space. They were very communicative during the process.

Great location, adequate accommodation

Pro: Terrace was nice, but no cushions as pictured. The bedroom was comfortable.

Contro: Couldn’t open washer to use it. I chatted with the host, but no resolution happened. It was one of the features that I was needing to use. No napkins or paper towels. Had to go buy toilet paper.
