Appartamento top in posizione eccellente

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento, spazioso, luminoso e ben arredato situato in un bel palazzo in posizione eccellente in pieno centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non abbiamo visto il proprietario, ma ha sempre risposto tempestivamente alle nostre richieste. L ingresso al palazzo avviene mediante una telefonata usando l utenza telefonica della prenotazione quindi è importante avere sempre il telefono carico. Tornerei sicuramente !

Contro: A voler essere pignoli, la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata.

Pro: Property was really well located. It was spacious, comfy beds and good showers. Clean on arrival, lots of storage and felt really safe. Great Starbucks really close. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants, short walk from train station.

Contro: The sofa really needs replacing as it looks tired and old. We didn’t really use it. Only 3 very large mugs which was a bit strange as there were 4 of us. The only other option was espresso cups. Difficult to dispose of the rubbish.

Great location in Florence

Pro: The location of the apartment was great and having a lift to access it was a blessing. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed.

Contro: It was not an issue for us, but if you have mobility issues, the 2nd bedroom and bathroom is upstairs in the loft.

Space, light, silence: recharge yourself in the busy Florence hotspot

Pro: It actually was a bit like home away from home, felt private, well kept and clean, spacious enough for 4 people, classy even. Comfortable elevator, easy check-in, fast communication with the host. All the necessities were provided.

Contro: We had to wait a bit for the check-in at 15.00, bacause the girls were still cleaning it. But it was not a big deal.

Pro: This flat was gorgeous! The location was excellent (not far at all from the Duomo, and easy to reach the Uffizi and a host of other major attractions). The rooms were large, each with their own spacious private bathrooms, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of pots and pans if you want to make your own food but there were so many brilliant restaurants nearby as well! The main door code didn't work initially when I arrived, but once I contacted the host they could not have been more helpful and the issue was quickly solved. The common area was huge, spacious and very airy - delightful to sit in and chat with friends. Amazing flat!

Host was very responsive. Excellent location and luxurious apartment. We felt very at home.

Pro: The rooms were bright and has many windows for ventilation. Not often do you see an apartment this nicely designed. The lighting in the apartment was well designed. We had a nice welcome bottle of Chianti wine which was greatly appreciated.

Contro: The number to call to get the code was quite tricky and eventually called Leo who kindly helped sought it out. Once sorted it was easy to use. As a backup we have the physical key as well. The bathrooms could do with a bit more toiletries during the 4 night stay.

Awesome place and I finally found my home to stay in Florence.

Pro: 1st - It’s size and cleanliness. 2nd - location, location, location. 3rd - proximity to iconic sites and shopping areas are between 10-15 minutes walk. 4th - Communication with the owner is great. Clear instructions to access the building and the apartment. 5th - amenities - full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 full bathrooms, bathroom/toilet supplies provided

Contro: Im a sound sleeper but per my friend it’s the outside occasional noise (sirens, people being loud drunk on the streets on weekend nights)

Perfect for sightseeing, recommend the DaVinci interactive museum and the Leather Markets.

Pro: Central location, 5 minutes walk from the train station and amongst the best shops and restaurants Walking distance from some great tourist attractions with the best Italian restaurant across the road.

Contro: Had a problem with the door code at first as we had a different phone number from our Australian number so the code wouldn't work.
