Great stay in the Santa Croce area - just off the beautiful square.
Pro: Well equipped and nice decor. Convenient area to visit all the major sites in Firenze.
Contro: The second bedroom does not have air conditioning installed directly in it, but although it was very hot outside, it still was still reasonably cool.

Zeer fijne locatie om te verblijven en om Firenze te bezoeken.
Pro: Alles is aanwezig. Top locatie. Vrij rustig (begin februari).
Contro: Een extra (relax) zetel zou het zeker nog verbeteren.

Şehrin merkezinde kendinizi evde hissedebileceğiniz küçük bir Floransa binası ve dairesi.
Pro: Evin konumu mükemmel, Palazzo Vecchio'ya 400-500 mt yürüyüş mesafesinde, her yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün etrafta her türlü yiyecek içeçek sunan yer bulmak mümkün. Anahtarı teslim eden yetkili arkadaş şehir ve ihtiyaçların karşılanması için çok değerli bilgiler verdi, kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Buluşmayı ayarlamak Whatsapp iletişimi ile çok kolay oldu. Bagajları indirmek için sokağa kısa süreli park etmek mümkün.
Contro: Isınma için, evdeki radyatörler nedense çalışmıyordu, klimalar ile ısınmak zorunda kaldık. Saç kurutma makinası UK tipi fişliydi ve evde adaptör olmadığı için kullanamadık. Daire ikinci katta olduğu için bavulları yüklenmek gerekiyor.

Pro: Eine große wunderschöne Wohnung im ältesten Stadtteil Florenz. Sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit Küche und Balkon. Man tritt aus dem Haus und ist sofort an der Santa Croce und in 5 Minuten am Arno. Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Pro: Great location, 2 min walk to Santa Croce. Spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen.
Contro: Missing washer and drier, but there is a laundromat nearby. No elevator, need to climb 2 floors.

Super Wohnung, tolle Lage, alles gut!
Pro: Die Lage ist phänomenal. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr schön, großzügig, sauber, gut geschnittene Räume. AC funktioniert und kostet nicht extra. Die Wohnung bleibt aber auch ohne Klimaanlage tagsüber kühl, wenn man die Rolläden schließt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut hat mein Kindern der Balkon zum Innenhof gefallen.
Contro: Nichts hat uns nicht gefallen. Alles war vollkommen in Ordnung. Es war genau was wir gesucht hatten, wir waren sehr zufriieden.

Calme et bien localisé
Pro: Vraiment très bien localisé, Hamza était vraiment le highlight de notre séjour , il est venue nous chercher de la station de bus , il nous a aidé avec les bagages, a suggéré des endroits à visiter, il était agréable et gentille La maison est propre, climatisé et bien aménagé
Contro: Pas de cafetière ( il y avait la cafetière à l’italienne mais pas utilisable à cause de maquette de filtre ) et pas de café Je pense que l’adresse sur maps n’ était pas claire et a on a eu une difficulté pour retrouver l’ appart le soir

Recomendable!
Pro: Excelentes instalaciones, cocina equipada, la 2 habitaciones de muy buen tamaño; la calle algo ruidosa pero nada grave.
Contro: Falló en la cantidad de rollos de papel para 4 personas en 4 días, cuando solicité más, al principio me ignoró y hasta el siguiente día me respondió que si necesitaba más yo debía comprarlos. Me parece inadecuado.

This apartment was beyond exceptional! Just stunning!’ And the location is absolutely perfect.
Pro: The property have been renovated and had an exceptional job done. It was much more than we expected even from the pictures we saw. The beds were exceptionally comfortable And everything was well appointed. So modern and clean so modern and clean.
Contro: Nothing!
