Pro: Arredamento dell'alloggio e posizione comodissima per il centro

Pro: Property was in a central location - Restaurants and supermarkets only a short walk away. Located only 15 min walk from the duomo. Large amount of space and two bathrooms is great for a longer stay.

Ubicación inmejorable

Pro: La ubicación es inmejorable y las instalaciones están genial, la cocina es enorme y muy bien equipada. Han tenido el detalle de dejar una bolsa con útiles de limpieza y algunas cápsulas de café.

Contro: Cuando entramos había mucha humedad pero al día siguiente ya se había ido casi del todo

Pro: Quem realizou o nosso check-in, foi 5 estrelas, uma vez que o nosso voo atrasou e íamos estando em contacto. Deu-nos dicas importantes e prestou-nos várias informações. Localização excelente e perto do centro. Camas e almofadas super confortáveis.

Contro: O barulho na rua (turistas!) e numa das casas de banho, a água do chuveiro ora vinha fria, ora vinha quente. Podia haver mais um pano de cozinha! O check out foi relativamente, cedo (até às 10h) tivemos de sair!

Pro: La localisation est parfaite. Le logement est propre, charmant et pratique. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Le fait d'avoir deux salles de bain est un luxe.

Contro: La climatisation était un peu trop bruyante ou obsolète et nous avons quand même eut chaud pendant notre séjour.

Pro: The location of the house is very suitable for visiting all the attractive points of the city. The interior decoration of the house was very interesting, the kitchen was new and everything needed.

Loved the gorgeous apartment. Wished it was quieter for sleeping

Pro: The inside of the apartment was perfect. Spacious. 2 beds and 2 baths. Sparkling clean. Excellent mattresses and bedding. Decorated beautifully. No smoking apartment which we appreciated. Great amenities (shampoo, soap, washer, teapot, etc). There were guidebooks of Florence in English and Italian available. And a number of tourist brochures. Umbrellas available which was great during our rainy stay. Location was convenient in Florence. Easy walk ability to many sites.

Contro: Nothing that the owner could control…. There is a restaurant next to one of the beds by the kitchen that was noisy at night. The other bed was in the room next to the street which had a lot of noise from people partying at nearby bars. My nephew had to wear ear plugs to sleep.

Pro: Nos gustaron mucho las instalaciones.. la comodidad del lugar y estaba hermoso ambientado, muy buen gusto. Completísimo con todos los electrodomésticos (microondas, cafetera, pava eléctrica, lavaplatos, lavarropas..). Las camas muy cómodas también.

Contro: Lamentablemente hay muchísimo ruido a la noche, nosotros en particular no pudimos descansar bien ninguna de las 4 que estuvimos (los vecinos de arriba, el restaurante de abajo, la gente que pasaba x la calle..). Una pena porque realmente el departamento es hermoso, está muy bien ubicado, y la atención de los dueños fue bárbara también en todo momento.
