Pro: È piaciuto tutto; l’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli compreso il bagno turco in bagno (una vera chicca) e il giardino con piscina (ad uso esclusivo) è molto bello e curato. Inoltre, all’arrivo, trovi bevande fresche, frutta, caffè e il necessario per la prima colazione, senza dimenticare la bottiglia di vino. La posizione in collina, a pochi minuti di auto dalla città, è incantevole. Una nota particolare al proprietario, molto disponibile e gentile. Assolutamente consigliato

Gorgeous apartment close to Florence city centre
Pro: Property was beautiful-bed very comfortable with really good quality linens, lots of fluffy towels and extras like bathrobes & slippers. Welcome bottle of wine, soft drinks cooling in the fridge, fruit and tea / coffee. Outdoor area was also beautiful and very private. Location great - easy to get the bus into town and nice patisserie close by.

Just wonderful :-)
Pro: We had a wonderful holiday staying in this beautiful apartment. Clean, comfortable, with everything we needed or could want. The private garden and pool for our use were fabulous. Our own steam room, immediately off our large walk-in shower was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook if we wanted to. On top of all that, our hosts were just amazingly helpful: texting us information so we could easily use the local bus service (number 11) to quickly get into the city centre; recommending local restaurants; nothing was too much trouble for them...incredibly, when, on our last day, there was a national public transport strike and all of the taxis were booked up too, our hosts drove us, at no charge, to the airport to catch our flight home, and gave us a mini tour of the sites en route. What can we say! Just amazing and thank you!! :-) :-)

Luxurious experience with quiet privacy in a bustling city
Pro: This location offered us an experience of Florence that was like no other because it is located in a family villa in a beautiful and quiet part of the city about 30 min pleasant walk from the centre. It gave us the best of Florence - access and peace! The room provides privacy and everything is really well-appointed, clean and the private garden made us feel like we had a luxurious experience (the sauna is amazing too!). Very friendly hosts - thank you so much.

Un soggiorno perfetto!
Pro: The pool was excellent, and the yard is very spacious and well maintained. The bathroom was amazing to use. The location was an ideal combination of remoteness for a private atmosphere and proximity to Florence. 30-minute ride by public transport to the center of Florence. The host and everyone else were extremely polite and ready to help with anything. I recommend it very much! Che bello!
Contro: A small nitpick: one of the outlets by the bed seemed to be working on and off.

Eine kleine Oase
Pro: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Florenz, obwohl es unglaublich heiß war. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, im Garten gibt's immer ein schattiges Plätzchen und der Pool ist wunderbar. Es hätte nicht besser sein können.

Wer einen entspannten Urlaub mit einer wunderschönen Stadt in direkter Nähe (Florenz) möchte, ist hier genau richtig!
Pro: Das Apartement hatte alles, was man sich wünschen kann! Großer Pool zur alleinigen Privatnutzung, sehr schöne Einrichtung und alles war extrem sauber. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und helfen bei allen Fragen, man wird komplett in Ruhe gelassen und kann seinen Aufenthalt rundum genießen! Im Großen und Ganzen hätten wir uns den Urlaub nicht besser vorstellen können, es war ein Traum! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Pro: The pool was private with its own entrance, and the apartment was very clean and well-equipped with water, soda, coffee, towels, olive oil, pots and pans, fruit, snacks, and more! The bathroom featured an amazing steam room with strong water pressure. The bed was comfortable, and the self-cleaning pool was very nice. This is a great property in a great location, just a 20-30 minute walk from the city center and the David statue.
Contro: The price for 10 nights was $3000, but despite paying $300 per night, we couldn't secure a late checkout until 11 am instead of 10 am. The next guests were granted an early check-in for an extra fee, leaving us feeling overlooked. Adding to the discomfort, the housekeeper watched us through the window as we loaded the car at 9:40am and the presence of a camera facing both suites in the yard felt intrusive. Furthermore, the sink in the bathroom wasn't properly attached to the wall, making it wobbly, and there was no dryer, only a washer. While the owner we met was pleasant, the person I corresponded with via text lacked friendliness and ended with a somewhat dismissive message about checkout times. I wouldn’t come back, the lack of flexibility and the feeling of being undervalued for the price paid left a sour taste.
