Great Family home - very comfortable
Pro: Location is across Train, super convenient to markets, sightseeing, and eating places. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths are not easy to find in the city. Questions & Requests were swiftly answered. The kitchen was very adequate since one couple needed to make their own meals, with much appreciated packs of olive oil, salt/pepper, sugar, and instant coffee packs. We requested a bigger soup pot and was brought up to us shortly. Dishwasher tablets were in the closet. Washer only, hang to dry. Apt on 4th floor, grateful for the small elevator, and instructions to access apt, there was online checkin to give guests info & pay the city tax. Apt is decorated tastefully & very eclectic. Outside on 4th floor lobby, can access an outdoor terrace which we discovered on last day. Couches were comfy, and had best wifi reception. There were small safes & mini fridges in the wardrobe dressers. Bidets in most baths.
Contro: Parts of apt are still to be finished. Back 2 bedrooms were smaller, water pressure uneven and wifi spotty. The charming dressers in the bedrooms are older and had a musky smell. Note: If you return to apt past 7pm, and don't have an actual key, you can't press elevator to go to your floor, or go down to ground floor. This may be a problem if family members do things separately. No fault of apt, but location is in very busy area (ZTL Zone), therefore noisy; McDonald's is next door and open late & early. We were so tired, didn't keep us up that much. I would definitely consider this apt if I was returning with large group again. PS: suggestion only - for the 4 small garbage cans, we did not know which were for recycling (?), perhaps more labels, & instructions for clothes washer & dishwasher would be helpful. And Phone # on the welcome card in apt for whatsapp contact should be updated.

Great apartment in Florence for our large group
Pro: This was a great apartment in a fantastic location, directly across from the main train station and within walking distance to most major sites. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was rare to find a 4 bedroom apartment with 4 ensuite bathrooms for our party of 8, so that was awesome. The air conditioning worked great! The apartment was furnished with all kinds of interesting antiques and it had a beautiful view. It was very quiet, despite being across from the train station, I never heard any sound from the street. Definitely recommend this apartment for a great stay in Florence.
Contro: This wasn't a big deal for us, since we were on the go alot and when we were home, we'd gather in the kitchen, but there really isn't a living room where everyone can sit down together. The apartment opens up to a long hallway with the door on one end, the kitchen, two bedrooms, and a utility closet on the right side of the wide hallway, and the final two bedrooms at the far end of the hallway. There are two sofas that are side by side on the left side of the hallway, but there is not a separate sitting room.

large apartment next to main station next to macdonalds
Pro: The apartment is very clean and large with 4 rooms and 4 showers. The unit also has a kitchen with long hallway. It is located right next to the main train station near MacDonalds. Booking contact was reachable with WhatsApp which is what most of Europe uses so I had to install the application on my android smartphone. The instructions to access were a little confusing at first but you need a code for the main door then lockbox code has keys to the unit. Be aware that returning later at night requires knowing how to use the elevator key. The back rooms were near a back street so traffic noise early in the morning. Also, the showers were missing a few glass panels in two of the back showers. Otherwise, the rooms are very large connected by a long hallway and pretty clean.
Contro: The cost is a little higher but for cleanliness in Florence it was worth it for a family of 5 and we needed a location close to the train. No breakfast but there is a macdonalds downstairs but we just ate lunch (panini sandwich) at the train station on our way to Pisa the next day.

Good stay with good location
Pro: The apartment was very spacious and it was a very comfortable stay. The beds were soft and we slept very well. The bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The city view from the bedroom was beautiful, drinking wine and watching the city at night is a great experience. The level of security made us feel very safe and things apartment is the perfect choice for families. The location, you can’t find anywhere that close to station. The decoration and ambience is soo luxurious. The most favourite room of mind id the kitchen and dining. Fully equipped, fine utensils. Best of security. It was very generously priced
Contro: Coffee capsules should be available.
