Good for money and a cozy house

Pro: The Air bnb is really close to the train station it’s really good ! And in the house you got what you want inside ! The kitchenette is enough for 4 of us ! And there is a laundry in the toilet which really an add score !

Contro: In the first place they told us go to the bar to collect our key then when we reached the bar the owner told us that no body pass the key to them and then we try to contact the admin how to get our key after half an hour just get really and ask us to wait the down stair of the building then we wait another half an hour just to wait the staff to open the door for us ! But the staff was kind enough to tell us how to use those 3 keys and how to used the electric Cooke run the house!

Great location. Would recommend.

Pro: Location was fabulous. The luxury old style of the building. Security. It was well equipped with everything we needed.

Contro: The sofa bed was uncomfortable. Very little bench space in kitchen. The water in the shower turned cold fairly quickly. Walking past the accommodation to collect from a shop a block or so away.

The city of Florence, which I thought was not beautiful, turned out to be incredibly beautiful.

Pro: The hotel is located next to the central station, 600 meters from the main church and very close to famous places; in just one morning you can visit all the famous places here. This city is a place to come to feel the different beauty.

Contro: The location to pick up/return the keys is quite far from the room, about 350m (I think we should use the door code and key code to follow the trend), causing an uncomfortable feeling, especially when having to travel in heavy rain.

Pro: Location, across the road from the station. Very spacious with a nice bathroom.

Contro: The booking states 3 beds but only the main bed was made up and there was only a small child size blanket without a cover to spare for the rest of the beds. Not ideal when you booked it specifically for the amount of beds.

Excellent location and facility.

Pro: Location is great. Newly renovated so it's clean and good shower facilities.

Contro: Bed could be bigger. Security is good but keys could be labeled numbers 1-4 to avoid confusion.

For Florence you cannot think of a better location !

Pro: It has the best location that you could ever think of, just opposite Santa Maria Novelle Firenze Train station and adjacent to the Tram station as well. It has Burger King and Mac Donald nearby. Carrefour and Conad supermarkets are hardly 50 metres from the location. Perfect room heating.

Contro: Only one bed room.

Perfect location nice stay for family.

Pro: Great location just outside main train station. Many eateries nearby and easy to walk to attractions.

Contro: Few more amenities like coffee/kitchen roll/umbrella will make it better. Sofa bed suitable for kids as it’s a little noisy and can’t take too heavy of a weight as it sinks a little.

We had a pleasant stay.

Pro: It’s literally just across SMN train station. It was very easy to tavel to Rome and Poggibonsi. Taxi to airport was also easy to arrange. It’s near to Conad supermarket, McDonalds and sights. It was bright and clean. They provided us with drying rack. I like the pillows, I was able to sleep well. The airconsitioner units were working fine.

Contro: Just small stuff. - No trash bin inside the room. - Please add more toilet paper. - The flat would smell like food when cooking because the exhaust fan is not that efficient, but once you open the window it’s fine. - I think the management should place a plug-in diffuser near the entrance door so that the guests will be welcomed with a good scent. - The rail inside the wardrobe is too high. -If multiple guests are checking in, I think there should be another set of keys so everyone can access the flat at separate times. My husband planned to go to Poggibonsi and I wanted to roam around the town but we were worried because we don’t have another set of keys.

Pro: location was great, close to the train station but on a very busy street so if you are a light sleeper, this property is not for you. Grocery store at the corner and Mcdonald's is right below but you're going to have to do a lot of walking to actually go to the places of interest.

Apartment is clean & comfortable with an excellent location

Pro: Apartment is just across the train station. We were met and led to the apartment which has very good security. Apartment is very comfortable with facilities enough for a short stay. The washing machine is really helpful as we did not have to search for a laundry. Overall, it was a good stay for us.

Contro: It will be good if more toiletries were provided as we have limited toilet paper. More kitchen towels will also be appreciated. A place to dry our washed clothes will be very helpful.
