Pro: La casa è grande e spaziosa centrale ,.comode per famiglie numerose .
Contro: La mancanza di una rv per bambini sopra tutto Magari mettere belleno per scarafaggi in cucina . Almeno io lo ho trovato lì

Pro: Location is awesome - a few minutes walk to the Duomo, but at the same time very quiet and peaceful, with a great Trattoria in the same street and the local bakery round the corner. Space is another big plus of the apartment- it's huge! And the three bathrooms meant a lot of comfort, and no fighting :) Garden is very nice and cosy - in nice weather it's a perfect place to drink your coffee or dinner. The place is really well equipped, I appreciated a lot of different pots and utensils in the kitchen. Generally,the place offers a nice mixture of Vintage (it is an old apartment in an even older buliding!!!) and Modern - and has huge potential.
Contro: As the building/apartment is old, it unfortunately shows, especially in the bathrooms. I appreciate it's not easy to get rid of mold in the walls etc, but I think shower curtains are easy and cheap to change, so it should be done more often. The kitchen would also do with more light, (the lamp there gives only little light) , the more so that the window in the kitchen overlooks a wall.

A very welcoming host and a beautiful apartment that was in a very good location for central Florence.
Pro: The property was a in an excellent location and it was very spacious and comfortable. The host provided a welcome gift of a bottle of Cava and water which was very much appreciated and a nice touch. We will definitely book it again when we return.
Contro: We had a problem with mosquitos which was rectified quickly by the host supplying repellant. However, we felt it wouldn’t have been so bad if the garden had been weeded and looked after. We were also short of glasses which again was rectified but we found there was only 2 bowls available to eat from and one of those was found by emptying the supply of teabags and sugar, so a full set of crockery would have been useful. We did eat out most of the time but on the odd occasion we didn’t, it was a little difficult with breakfast and desserts.

Apartamento genial y muy bien situado.
Pro: Nos gustó su ubicación, muy cerca de todo lo que hay que ver y su amplitud. Tres habitaciones con tres baños y jardín. La atención de los dueños fue muy buena también. Cocina bien equipada. No hay nada malo que pueda decir. Recomendamos el apartamento. A pesar de la ola de calor, dentro se estaba genial!
Contro: Todo estuvo muy bien. Tan solo cambiaría la grifería de dos de baños en las duchas, por que son un poco incómodos de operar, pero nada que impida disfrutar del apartamento.

LUGAR PRECIOSO, PERO LE FALTAN DETALLES PARA LO CARO QUE ES
Pro: La ubicación es fantástica, en pleno centro de Florencia. Nos vino una mujer a darnos las llaves y enseñarnos el alojamiento, lo que llegó 45min tarde de la hora que habíamos acordado. No nos avisó con antelación y estuvimos esperando 10 minutos en la puerta hasta que llamé al alojamiento y ya nos comentaron que llegarían 20 minutos tarde (que finalmente fueron 45 min.) El resto, estuvo bien, nos enseñó el alojamiento que es precioso, con un enorme jardín y nos dio un agua y una botella de vino de bienvenida. Los frescos que tiene el comedor son preciosos y el jardín también, aunque no lo pudimos aprovechar esta vez por el frío que hacía.
Contro: En relación a la cocina, podía estar mejor: - El lavavajillas estaba roto y la puerta atornillada para no usarlo, cuando en los servicios del apartamento aparece. Habían solo 3 platos hondos, en un alojamiento que caben hasta 5 personas, y en pleno otoño-invierno, apetecía cenar sopa calentita. - Tuvimos que traer una lámpara de la habitación porque faltaba luz para cocinar, ya que el extractor no iba y no tenía luz. - Faltaron adaptadores para los utensilios de la cocina, solo habían 2 para toda la casa, tuvimos que ir alternando el calentador de agua, con la tostadora, y la lámpara extra para poder ver, y usarlas a tiempos diferentes porque no los podíamos poner a la vez. - No había ni aceite, ni sal, de cortesía y el jabón para lavar los platos, estaba casi acabado. En relación al baño: - El secador de pelo era de juguete, no sacaba ni aire caliente, así que tardé muchísimo en secarme el pelo. - El tapón de la bañera lo guardaron, así que no nos pudimos dar ningún baño calentito. En relación calidad - precio, creo que para lo costoso que es el apartamento, debería estar mucho más equipado.
