Pro: La posizione ottima per la visita a piedi della maggior parte dei monumenti . Appartamento spazioso adatto a famiglie o Poipiù persone.
Contro: Unica pecca non aver trovato qualche bustina di te o tisana o qualche capsula per il caffè espresso visto che la casa era dotata di tutte le attrezzature... Senza dover correre al supermercato ad acquistarlo. Anche se ammetto non era distante . Ma il arrivare e trovare qualcosina per un relax dopo viaggio farebbe molto piacere. Per il resto più che soddisfatti.

Pro: Comodissimo e spazioso appartamento a due passi da Ponte Vecchio, ideale per vistare tutta Firenze a piedi. Il bagno principale è grande e finestrato, quello secondario, con solo gabinetto e lavandino, è collegato direttamente alla stanza matrimoniale. I condizionatori sono situati a parete nelle stanze principali (le 2 stanze da letto e il soggiorno) e funzionano molto bene. L’appartamento è incredibilmente silenzioso in quanto gli infissi sono insonorizzanti. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Ringraziamo, in particolare, Marco per gli ottimi suggerimenti sulle zone da frequentare ed i posti dove andare a bere o mangiare: ne abbiamo sperimentati un paio e ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Fabulous stay, brilliant location, fantastic hosts
Pro: Fantastic location, 3 mins walk to Boboli gardens, 1 min to Ponte Vecchio and easy stroll into Uffizi, Duomo etc. Hosts were super helpful, friendly and responsive and provided first class recommendations on restaurants, coffee shops and places to go. This all helped to make our brief stay in Florence relaxed and highly enjoyable. Beds were really comfortable and slept really well. The apartment has a small kitchen equipped with everything you need, with spacious living area to relax after a day enjoying fabulous Florence
Contro: Very minor issue, toilet seat broken and needs to be secured properly.

Amazing location and very comfortable stay
Pro: Great location, walking distance from everything, very comfortable and quiet even if on a busy street. Everything was working well, kitchen is small but functional. Communication with hosts was great and we appreciated the early check-in and recommendations from Marco!
Contro: Nothing of much importance, TV could be a bit bigger and sofas cleaner.

Great location, just wished the apartment felt more like a home.
Pro: The location is excellent. Although on a busy street, it is quiet with the windows closed. The host was extremely responsive when asked for help. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen, although extraordinarily tiny does have adequate glasses, etc.
Contro: The apartment was clean enough, but it could use some simple decorating touches to feel more home like. We had to “borrow” a light bulb from one room to make the sitting area useable for reading. The second bedroom had no really useable place to put clothes. Upon leaving we notified the host of broken toilet seat hinges. All in all, the biggest complaint we have is that it needed some love to feel warm and inviting, the pictures make it look more inviting than it is.

Pro: Отличное расположение в центре, но район не шумный. Чисто, много места, два спальники гостиная, где могут разместиться при желании 6 человек! Очень приятный персонал, быстрая реакция на все вопросы.
Contro: Немного сложно было разобраться как работает отопление, поэтому иногда было холодно. Но потом все наладилось.

Pro: Emplacement à proximité du Ponte Vecchio et des sites culturels; gentillesse de Marco qui a pris le temps de nous recommander des restos du coin, des sites à visiter, etc. L'appartement est pouvu de deux belles chambres et d'un grand salon - salle à manger. Bonne isolation accoustique par rapport à la rue. Proximité d'un supermarché à proximité.
Contro: Cuisine assez petite et équipée de manière un peu minimaliste si on veut y préparer des repas.
