Pro: Moderna e ben ristrutturata, accogliente e dotata di ogni confort. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e ci è venuto incontro nonostante un intoppo che ha ritardato il nostro arrivo a Firenze.

Contro: Unico appunto, la casa non era purtroppo abbastanza calda dato il clima rigido poiché i caloriferi erano spenti e le pompe di calore non bastavano a riscaldarla.

It was magnificent and would definitely stay there again if I ever come back Florence.

Pro: The apartment was close to the shops for food and anything else you wanted to buy. It was close to the sites within walking distance of the train station and we were able to catch a train to Pisa.

Contro: The only thing was that there was a coffee machine with coffee pods but no tea at all.

We wish we could have stayed longer, we would definitely like to return.

Pro: We were met by Fan, he was very personable & informative, a credit to your rental agency.

Contro: Clothes dryer did not work very well & perhaps oven needed a clean as smoke came from grill when we tried to use it.

Perfect break for our family of 4 to explore Florence

Pro: The location is amazing and having 2 en suite bathrooms was fantastic.

2 bedroom apartment right in the heart of florence

Pro: Amazing Location right next to ponte vecchio, the appartment is new with all the amenities, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 very spacious bathrooms that are very nice. We were in 5 and the 5th person slept in the living room on the pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Will come back

Great place, great location, great memories. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again.

Pro: Great accomodation and in an awesome location (approximately 30-40 meters from the Ponte Vecchio bridge, which was a good thing). The apartment was very clean with enough room for an adult family of 5. The beds were also great. Plenty of great restaurants, gelato places, and with a supermarket right around the corner. Washer/Dryer was very handy.

Contro: The only challenge was that the table only had 3 seats (with a couch next to it), so we just had to take it in turns for breakfast. Also the sofa bed was a bit average, but manageable.
