Pro: La stanza era pulita e ordinata, con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Posizione ottima, in pieno centro e a pochi passi dal Ponte Vecchio, perfetta per visitare comodamente la città. Esperienza positiva!

Pro: Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable — just steps away from the iconic bridge, with easy access to all the main sights in Florence. The area is lively yet surprisingly quiet at night, the host was friendly and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. If you're planning to spend most of your time exploring the city and just need a convenient place to sleep, this spot does the job well.

Contro: The room itself was clean and nicely decorated, though it was relatively small, especially considering the price point. The bathroom was also quite compact, with limited space to move around or store toiletries. It was functional, but definitely on the tighter side.

Fantastic place to stay, highly recommend

Pro: Awesome host who was helpful and very responsive. Clear instructions on accessing the property which is in an excellent location. Having a terrace was an added bonus. We were delighted and would happily stay here again.

Great central location, cozy apartment

Pro: Excellent location, easy to walk to all the major attractions. Comfortable bed and kitchen available which is a nice addition, if wanting to have a meal or two inside. Very cute little balcony was an excellent place for morning coffee or afternoon tea. Host was very easy to contact, and gave detailed instructions which made checkin hassle free. Nice restaurants walking distance with great, tuscan specialities.

Contro: Bathroom is quite small, I suggest dressing outside the bathroom and leave clothes outside, as they may get wet as you navigate this bathroom. Shower is very narrow, difficult to do much more than a quick wash with the doors closed. Elevator is very loud and the walls are thin, you can hear it through the night, so I suggest some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Also, room is on the 5th floor and elevator is very small, you would struggle to bring any large bags so keep this in mind! We fit 1 person, and 2 carry on size suitcases into the elevator only. Stairs are also quite narrow so that would make carrying large bags up them very tricky.

Pro: The location is perfect - easy access to all the Florence sights

Contro: Just a tiny bit too small - but it was really well equipped for such a small apartment.

The best location and a lovely room

Pro: The location of this property is perfect, extremely central but very quiet within the property. Walkable to anywhere! The room itself was perfect for the time we were there. The studio is not huge but we did not spend much time there. Everything was clean and modern. Would recommend!

Contro: The only disappointment was that the balcony did not have seating for 2 people. We knew the balcony would be small but presumed that there would be at least 2 small chairs out there to sit with a glass of wine.

Cozy place for short visit

Pro: Perfect location (in the centre, but no noise), cute cozy room, small kitchen and supplies, provided toiletries, comfortable bed. Host gave advice on restaurants, gelaterias, etc. Self check-in. Also, two adapters were in the room, very useful.

Contro: A bit too cold at this time of year, conditioner is weak. Shower is a bit annoying, weak water pressure, no ability to change shower head (works only from above, but not the one which you can hold on hand) - at least when I was staying.
