Ponte Vecchio dream home

Pro: Posizionato in zona centralissima, di fronte ad un garage, appartamento nuovissimo, dotato di ogni comfort. Host eccellente.

Clean, beautiful and quiet apartment in the perfect location by Ponte Vecchio.

Pro: The apartment was clean, spacious and in a really nice location right by Ponte Vecchio and many restaurants and shops. The apartment was quiet and had great window treatments to black out sunlight or let the sunlight completely shine through. It’s a quiet building (which is a positive) so I would caution against loud groups staying here. While we (my family of three) didn’t have any issues I can imagine me and my girlfriends being too loud for this building. Having access to a washer and dryer was a bonus since we were on a long vacation - we were able to pack fewer clothes because of this. The shower and bed were also wonderful!

Contro: There was a sewer smell when we first arrived which was pretty strong. You have to run water in all the bathroom drains to eliminate it. While this was pretty annoying to “come home to” on Day 1 it wouldn’t change our minds about staying there in the future. A couple of other minor inconveniences - there’s only one small trash bin under the kitchen sink, I never found any flatware/utensils (otherwise the kitchen was fully stocked), and there were no face cloths (which of course is not uncommon in Italy/EU - I mention it for American travelers).

Pro: Kitünő elhelyezkedése a Ponte Vecchio tövében. A centrális elhelyezkedés ellenére rendkívül csendes lakás. Tágas, remekül felszerelt, igényesen berendezett és tiszta. A garázs néhány lépésre található a lakástól. A környékn gazdagon ellátott boltokkal, éttermekkel.

Contro: Nem volt ilyen. Minden csodás volt.

Pro: The location was very convenient. It is across the street from a high-end hotel. I got a link before arriving to enter the building. After entering the building someone met me at the apartment to show me around and how to use everything. It was very nice and updated. Everything was brand new. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. I've already recommended it to a friend. The washer and dryer were very nice to have during our stay.

Pro: Super séjour pour le jour de l'an l'emplacement la grande classe en plein centre historique, équipement complet rien à dire. Au top 👍
