Pro: Very lovely and spacious apartment in the city center.

Great apartment with good location and a helpful host

Pro: The location was good with restaurants and grocery store nearby and a 20 min walk to the duomo.

Contro: The checkin instructions were in the format of a video which was a bit of a hassle especially if you arrive in the heat and with a cranky baby.

Cozy apartment with a cute little patio in Florence. To me, much better than a hotel.

Pro: Very nice apartment with a charming small patio. Close to everything you need, yet quiet and relaxing. About 15-minute walk to the train station, which is easily doable unless you have lots of luggage. Responsive host. Good air conditioning, which is essential in summer. Everything you might need in the kitchen, more or less. Suitable for both solo travelers and families or groups. Located on the ground floor, so you don’t need to carry heavy bags up stairs.

Contro: We had a hard time with the washing machine, but it may have been fixed or replaced by now. A couple of small things, like kitchen drawer handles or towel hangers in the shower, could have been fixed too, but it's a hair-picking :)

Pro: Lovely apartment with a cute terasse and perfect location for nightlife in Florence.

Nice and comfortable apartment

Pro: Florence is very walkable, so everything I wanted to go to was 10-25 minutes away. It was also nice to be so close to the pharmacy and restaurants. And I appreciated that the apartment is on the ground floor. It was easy to get in with my big bags. It was a very nice property, very comfortable and super comfortable bed. It was also probably the biggest shower I've had in Italy. I would stay there again.

Contro: While I appreciated that the city is very environmentally friendly, I don't think that, as the guest, I should've had to take out the trash before leaving. I think that should be the housekeeping staff. I don't know if that's standard in Florence or not. But it was extra hassle to try and get the trash taken out a block or so away when I was trying to packed up and out the door to my next location.

Pro: La ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento es muy limpio y bonito

Contro: Me gusto todo

Pro: Znakomita baza wypadowa w centrum miasta. Wygodne łóżko, patio oraz wydajna klimatyzacja sprawiają, że chce się wracać po aktywnym dniu spędzonym w mieście. Bliskość ulicy nie sprawia kłopotu i hałasy są wystarczająco dobrze tłumione. Dziękujemy.

Pro: Очень уютные апартаменты в 10 минутах от основных достопримечательностей. Очень милая уютная квартира с небольшим садом. Есть все необходимое для готовки, для быта. Очень приятный хозяин. Очень все понравилось. В 5 минутах от моста и оттуда минут 10 до Дуомо. 15-30 минут от площади Микеланджело, отличное расположение. Много ресторанчиков в шаговой доступности и даже около апартаментов. Все очень понравилось

Pro: Très bonne localisation dans un quartier très chouette et tranquille, appartement confortable, le patio est un vrai plus.

Contro: Dommage qu'il manque un grille-pain, une des couvertures complémentaires était d'une propreté douteuse mais le reste des linges de maison à disposition étaient propres.
