Pro: Ubicato in un quartiere tranquillo, l'appartamento è un ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare Firenze senza essere nel mezzo dei turisti. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.

Contro: Forse l'insonorizzazione, quando i vicini si alzano al mattino o altro la cosa si sente...ma è un aspetto minore...

Pro: Everything. Antonella's communication, warm welcome, and willingness to accommodate our slightly late arrival were much appreciated. The neighbourhood is really attractive and authentic... not swamped by tourism, at least in Feb/March.

Pro: Very good location in Oltrano. The apartment has very good amenities and is very comfortable.

Contro: There is only one window in the apartment which leaves it quite dark. Also the stairs leading up to the apartment are quite steep.

Wonderful stay in Florence!

Pro: Very clean, and well equipped facilities. And the manager who welcomed us was amazing. I definitely stay again when we are back.

Contro: Wifi is a bit slow but acceptable level.

I would like to visit again

Pro: Beautiful apartment, in an interesting location. Very clean. Everything we needed was in the property. Very comfortable beds. Two beautiful bathrooms. On arrival reception perfect. I heartily recommend to everyone.

Contro: The only minor problem. At night you could hear the sound of cars passing under the window. This, however, can happen in the city center. We closed the window and turned on the air conditioner.

Pro: The proximity to everything was exceptional! The Host was amazing! Such a great ambassador for Florence.

Contro: Such a beautiful building and residence. Close to so many needed stores, and locations.

Fantastic apartment and neighbourhood!

Pro: The host Antonella is fantastic! She prepared a guide book with useful information (local&authentic restaurants, shops etc) and also walking tours. The neighbourhood is very nice if you like to be close to the highlights (10 minutes walking) but not in the middle of the touristic places. Authentic restaurants, very tasteful and friendly people.

Contro: There was no elevator in the building. The stairs are steep. Not a problem for us, but it might give some trouble with heavy luggage. A minor point is the number of towels providing. We were there 4 nights in total, with 1 bath towel and 2 smaller ones. But will come back!
