Attic Up On Florence

A really quaint little apartment. The roof top terrace would be amazing in warmer weather so intend to return.

Pro: Excellent location for visiting the cathedral with plenty of restaurants and cafes with walking distance too. Beautiful old doors and ceiling and really cosy. Bed very comfortable.

Contro: There are 60 stone steps to the top so if you have any health problems or alot of luggage this could be tricky.

Modern and comfortable, great location and a lovely suntrap patio.

Pro: Loved this little flat and the patio area. Very well laid out, it was bigger than I was expecting it to be. Clean and modern, everything you'd hope it to be. Great location, very close to the train station and a short walk to the main squares. Felt quite safe walking back to the flat at night. Really enjoyed sitting out on the patio with my coffee (in the morning ) and my wine (in the afternoon and evening) listening to the comings and goings in the street below, a fab little sun trap.

Contro: It was lovely to have tea bags and coffee there, but would have been nice if there were a few other essentials there, ie sugar and a nicer smelling shower gel (we travelled with hand luggage so was counting on a few basics being there for us at the property). Lots of stairs to reach the flat at the top of the building, luckily we are a fit couple! Can't remember if this was pointed out in the original listing. Bit of a strange smell coming from the shower drain, but knew we could pop into the maintenance office (a few doors up) if it was a real problem. Nothing major we didn't like though, and we would definitely stay here again if we visited Florence in the future.

Amazing stay at cozy apartment in heart of Florence

Pro: Cozy apartment with amazing terrace near Santa Maria Novella Station. Extremely kind and hospitable Monika, who can help with every questions. Comfortable beds, full equipped kitchen, warm apartment. Everything was great! Strongly recommend, and dream to come back one day❤️

Super séjour dans cette magnifique ville.

Pro: Le logement est très bien placé dans Florence et à proximité des sites incontournables. Nous avons tout fait à pied.

Pro: Precioso apartamento...transporta a otros tiempos. Cercano al Centro, cómodo, tranquilo. Vista a los maravillosos tejados rojizos de Florencia y cúpulas de iglesias. Volvería siempre.

Schönes kleines Apartment über den Dächern der Altstadt.

Pro: Optimale Lage in der Altstadt von Florenz und ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Alles sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen; perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um das historische Florenz zu erkunden. Wunderschöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse über die Altstadt.

Contro: Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre noch schön gewesen (es gab allerdings einen Espressokocher). Aber man kann sehr gut in einem der vielen Cafés der Stadt frühstücken gehen.

Pro: Tolle Lage und tolle Dachterrasse, gute Ausstattung insgesamt.

Contro: Schloss der Haustür funktioniert nicht richtig, Lounge auf der Dachterrasse könnte ersetzt werden. Kühlschrank hat kein Eisfach.Küche ist mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet, es gab aber keine Teelöffel ( wir haben dann welche gekauft und da gelassen) Die Wohnung hat auch zwischen den Zimmern Treppchen
