Ottimo appartamento in posizione centrale

Pro: Appartamento piccolo ma molto carino, fornito di tutto il necessario e pulito. Posizione ottima.

Pro: Posizione eccezionale, appartamento piccolo, ma dotato di tutto ciò che può servire, molto accogliente e ben arredato Daniela molto disponibile e pronta ad aiutare, noi abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà con il parcheggio, ma ci ha consigliato! Consiglio di chiedere informazioni all' host prima di arrivare Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Pro: Apartment was clean, modern and had everything we needed for our stay. Heated towel rail was very helpful. Very good location, which was of walking distance to shops, café, restaurants and touristic attractions. Many thanks to Daniela who has been very efficient since the beginning. She also helped me to book a taxi because for some reasons I could not do it on the usual app. Will definitely come back :). Grazie Daniela and team Wish you all the best

Pro: Everything is well organised and power has provided everything you can possibly need during the trip.

Contro: It’s on the top floor so need a bit exercise go up and down

A nice place to come home to after all the walking!

Pro: The location is fantastic - 2-minute walk from the Duomo! The studio itself has a very nice, modern design and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was spotless. Overall the space felt thoughtfully put together - we had a really nice and comfortable stay. There were also some guidebooks on Florence on the shelf which was a nice touch. Daniela is lovely - very friendly and accommodating.

Contro: Nothing major but a couple of things to be aware of - especially if you’re fussy: 1. The bed is a sofa bed though fitted with a proper mattress so quite comfortable 2. There was a bit of noise at night from other people in the building (obviously not something the host can control) 3. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so prepare to get a bit of a workout!

Pro: Die Wohnung befindet sich in hervorragender Lage, ist ordentlich und sauber, und der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Contro: Da ich älter bin und kürzlich operiert wurde, war die Anzahl der Treppenstufen für mich nicht geeignet. Ich möchte anmerken, dass die Wohnung nicht für Personen über 60 geeignet ist.

Pro: De tudo!!!!! Muito Bem organizado Dá para morar uma temporada (ou por meses ou anos) neste aconchegante lugar. O espaço não é muito grande mas brinda todas as necessidades básicas…até tem tanque de lavar roupa!!!!!!! A Hostess: parecia que a conhecia faz muitos anos. Muito Empática 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Excelente ubicación

Pro: La ubicación es inmejorable,se puede aparcar gratis en la calle,con paciencia.

Contro: No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y hacia bastante frío por las noches. La cama es un sofá. Si utilizas el secador de pelo,salta la ficha térmica. Escaleras no aptas para personas mayores o fuera de estado.

Excellent place right in historical centre.

Pro: Great communication and easy check in. Lovely apartment with everything new right in historical center. Lots of restaurants and shops directly outside.

Contro: Public parking. You need to be lucky to get space. Be aware about no lift. You will have to walk stairs almost 4 floors.
