Apartment Magnoli&Ponte Vecchio

Pro: La posizione è ottima: il Ponte Vecchio si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi, comodissimo per muoversi senza mezzi. L’appartamento è piccolo ma ben organizzato e confortevole, con letti comodi. La proprietaria è stata gentile e sempre disponibile durante il soggiorno.

Pro: Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Firenze e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. La zona è tranquilla e piacevole, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per la città. L’appartamento è pulito, accogliente e si trova in una posizione ideale: il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi e il Ponte Vecchio dista appena 5 minuti. Un’ottima scelta per chi vuole visitare Firenze senza rinunciare alla comodità e alla calma.

Nice homey space

Pro: Pretty comfortable bed, good power in the shower, hairdryer, comfortable living area with couch and TV, a few minutes from Ponte Vecchio but away from the crowds. It is located on a fairly steep climb in case that may be a factor to consider. Nice, homey space with heating. Basic kitchen essentials like oil, salt, sugar etc. provided. Self check-in and check-out with clear instructions sent in time. I was able to check in a little early as the flat was ready, and the host let me stay on a bit later on the last day as I had a 10pm flight from Pisa. It saved me wandering round Florence aimlessly in the rain, so that was greatly appreciated! The host was easily contactable by WhatsApp. There is a washing machine if needed. Bedside lights, wardrobe and some hangers, full-length mirror.

Contro: The lack of soundproofing provided by the old, single pane windows. I'm a light sleeper and was woken up at 4am by a neighbour talking loudly on the phone. The next night was a scooter going by outside. I brought ear plugs but I take them out in my sleep as they weren't comfortable. You can hear the neighbours a bit. It was mostly quiet, and if you aren't a light sleeper then you will be fine. Although there is heating, the big single-pane glass window in the sitting room lets in a lot of cold and the flat cools down quickly. It's on a timer to come on and off, and when you enter you can feel the heat, but when you are there for a while, you can feel the place cool down. There is an extra heater, but as it's located in front of the glass window, you have to leave the curtains open and let the the cool air in with it so it's a bit counter intuitive. The heater in the bedroom isn't great and it gets cool at night in the cold weather. The toilet doesn't flush well as there's little water pressure - the host did say they would have it checked. No plugs at the bedside - perhaps an extension lead would be convenient for the plug at the bottom of the bed. A few recommendations of things that could be provided for a better stay, although they didn't affect my score. Detergent for the washing machine, napkins or kitchen paper, a bottle of water for arrival, a dispenser in the shower for shower gel/shampoo - a single sachet of shampoo isn't great for a longer stay. These things would be cheap to the host and make the stay more comfortable for the guests in my opinion - it saves having to buy and leave behind those items.

Pro: A good size space, conveniently located and easy access.

Contro: We had trouble with the internet as it didn’t work at all when we were there. Our host was very proactive in trying to resolve the issue.

Pro: Everything was great! Location is near the city center but in the quiet area. In the apartment there’s everything you need for a short visit. Bed is comfortable, everything works! We definitely recommend.

Fantastyczny

Pro: Świetne miejsce- przytulne, czyste, wygodne i świetnie wyposażone. Wszystko co potrzebne było zapewnione- nawet podstawowe produkty takie jak kawa, herbata, czy olej. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna i serdeczna. Pozwoliła nam wejść wcześniej i dłużej zostać żebyśmy nie musieli się tułać z walizkami. Mieszkanie położone bardzo blisko centrum a jednak na uboczu dzięki czemu wieczorem i w nocy była cisza i spokój. Gorąco polecamy to miejsce.

Un séjour rendu agréable par la situation de l'appartement.

Pro: j'ai trouvé que l'appartement avait une situation idéale. Situé prés du Ponte Vecchio, On est très vite aux endroits historiques importants en peu de temps à pied. L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel. Il y a beaucoup de rangements réellement utilisables. À quelques minutes à pied, il y a un super marché très très bien achalandé.

Contro: Ce ne peut pas être amélioré car ça dépend du site. Costa veut dire côte en français. Mais c'est une côte dans le sens de montée. Cardiaques avec valise lourdes, s'abstenir en plein été, car ça monte vraiment. Sinon en hiver ça devient une promenade de santé et au bout de quelques jours ça se fait sans effort.
