Pro: Posizione comoda, appartamento confortevole e vicino al centro, pulitissimo e attrezzatissimo, il signor Gianni è stato fin da subito gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

Pro: Struttura provvista di tutto e posizione ottimale. Gentilissimi i signori per tutti i nostri bisogni. Peccato andare via.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e senza problemi

Pro: La comodità di essere vicina al centro storico e vicina anche ad un piccolo Conad super rifornito e con prezzi normali e non maggiorati

Contro: Macchie di muffa intorno alle finestre del cucinino

Pro: The host is very friendly! The Apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. There is a small hill to walk until the apartment but after eating the amazing italian food you can use it as an exercise.

Pro: Great location, very clean and roomy. Having a washing machine was fantastic. Gianni was lovely and helped us take our luggage up then gave us an extensive run down of what to do and see, even gave us a bottle or wine and left some lollies in the room. Was also super helpful booking us a taxi for our early morning departure to the train station. Highly recommend to others.

Contro: It’s up a bit of a hill and there are a few flights of stairs but these weren’t really a bother for us.

Pro: Very nice and clean, it was a comfortable stay. With a very informative host. Good location with nice restaurants near by.

Contro: It was hard to get our large suitcases up and down all the steps, but not the host's fault.

Would do it all over again

Pro: The place was beautiful with everything that you needed. It even has a washing machine and they provide the soap to do your laundry.. The landlord met us on arrival and explained us absolutely everything about the flat, and marked a on a map a bunch of recommendations to try out in the city. The also left us a bottle of wine. Bare in mind there's a very steep hill to get to the flat and the a bunch os sets of stairs to access it, but if can get past that, you should definitely rent this place.

Contro: nothing, everything was great.

Wonderful place for a magical city

Pro: Gianni met us at the property to check in and give us recommendations. We also got a complimentary local Tuscan wine which we enjoyed. Apartment was very central and easy to get to the centre. It was spacious,clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a early morning train to catch and Gianni arranged for a taxi to pick us up in time.

Contro: The uphill road was at first a challenge but we got used to it.

Exceeded expectations, highly recommend!

Pro: We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Barbara & Gianni met us at the apartment to handover the keys. Gianni took the time to give us a full orientation to the apartment, and gave us suggestions for our stay in Florence on a map (restaurants, gelato, sights). The location was slightly out of the extreme tourist core of Florence while still being very central to everything. The apartment was clean, bed was comfy, A/C worked well, kitchen was fully equipped. Highly recommend, no complaints!

Would definitely get back

Pro: Location is very convenient, the apartment is clean, the bed is super comfortable. The street is quiet. Gianni was super friendly and available when we needed him. He also gave us some great tips to explore the city.

Contro: Very little hot water available. It is doable but not if you’re not up to a very fast shower. When there are people upstairs it might get noisy - the apartment right above is also for temporary rent and one night we had a very bad experience with the guests. The kitchen is pretty functional but some extra glasses would be great. That being said, I would definitely stay there again!
