Pro: La posizione centrale, la presenza di tre bagni, la pulizia, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dell'host. L'arredamento è curato, la cucina comoda e fornita di ciò che serve.

Contro: L'appartamento nelle foto sembra più spazioso, gli spazi comuni non sono molto grandi, comunque noi eravamo in 8 e ci siamo state.

Perfect place to stay and visit Florence!

Pro: A beautiful apartment, perfect for our stay! The host was so friendly and helpful. Arranging every little thing for us, so accommodating....thankyou, Michele, and family

Contro: Nothing except when the heat went to 40 degrees, but apartment temperature stayed cool and comfortable.

Pro: Michele is awesome! He arranged our transfers/taxis and gave us a great overview of what to do and see. His apartment is well equipped and in the perfect location with everything only 15 mins walk maximum.

Fantastic Central Apartment

A top tier host and a charming apartment!

Pro: We stayed in the Charlotte as a family of 7. The host Michele is one of a kind! When he said he would meet us on the street I didn’t imagine he would literally come and find us in our car to show us where to go! He kindly arranged parking for us and it was so convenient. Michele also helped us carry our bags up to the 3rd floor apartment. We didn’t mind the walk up the steps but for those with young children or mobility issues I could see it being a challenge. The Charlotte is a charming apartment and is exceptionally maintained and kept very clean (which I so appreciated). The location is excellent with markets, excellent shopping, and the Uffizi Gallery all within a 1-2 minute walk. In fact we were able to get to every site we visited easily by foot. I can’t say enough about the host Michele. All of has recommendations we spot on, as was his choice of wine that he gave us as a welcome gift. We will be sure to book the Charlotte next time we visit Florence!

Pro: It was really nice, clean, comfortable and we enjoyed every minute of it. Excellent location and the staff were really nice and even helped us with our luggage and showed us where to go and also recommended restaurants and shopping locations.

Awesome stay right next to historic Florence!

Pro: This property was great! Amazing location in the city. The host arranged valet parking, helped us carry bags up and down the steps. Plenty of room and multiple bathrooms was a great bonus with 7 people travelling with us. We would gladly stay again!

Contro: Florence itself was a tough city to navigate with the amount of tourists walking the streets. This location is in the historic area so streets are very small and crowded. No issues with the property.

Everything was perfect!

Pro: Michele was the most amazing host! The maison Charlotte is in the perfect location, lovely amenities, and comfortable! Michele helped with all our luggage, was readily available to answer questions and help, and we enjoyed all of his recommendations for restaurants, etc. Will be reserving again!
