Atmosfera storica e magica a Firenze

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento in pieno centro a Firenze, perfetto se si viene a Firenze in treno, o comunque senza auto. Vicinissimo a Piazza della Signoria, Uffizi, Bargello e a tutto il centro storico, nei dintorni si trovano facilmente buone trattorie. Si accede all'appartamento tramite scale, in salita e in discesa, poche, ma forse non è adatto a chi ha difficoltà motorie o troppi bagagli, ma è ampio, attrezzato - ombrelli, attrezzi da cucina, elettrodomestici - e comodissimo. Precisa e disponibile la padrona di casa con indicazioni e sollecite risposte, anche se non ci siamo mai incontrati.

Contro: Non abbiamo vissuto niente di veramente negativo, ma alcune caratteristiche dell'appartamento lo rendono forse inadatto a soggiorni lunghi: è poco luminoso, le uniche due finestre danno sul vicoletto stretto e si vede l'appartamento di fronte. Le doppie finestre e la posizione defilata lo rendono silenzioso, ma si sentono eventuali gruppi di passaggio e alcuni carretti del mercato che alle 5 del mattino percorrono proprio quel vicoletto per andare a montare lo spazio al Mercato Nuovo.

Pro: L’appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Firenze. Il palazzo è bello e l’appartamento in sé è luminoso e spazioso.

Contro: La pressione dell’acqua in doccia è molto debole e il tempo per aspettare l’acqua calda è di qualche minuto. I rumori provenienti dalla strada purtroppo sono stati di molto disturbo, soprattutto di notte.

Pro: The location was fantastic, and the actual apartment was perfect. Plenty of space, big dining area, and good kitchen with all you needed.

Contro: The complex hallways smelt a lot of cigarettes, small kitchen things like dirty mugs and old spungese for dishes.

Pro: like on a photos. Great location, comfortable bed. But there are also some important points. In this area, street vendors begin to deliver their carts at 6 am, it will be difficult to get enough sleep. The pressure in the shower is very low, and the hot water runs out quickly.

Contro: At night and in the morning, the noise from the street, it does not depend on the accommodation. Low water pressure in the shower.

Wonderful spot for a longer stay in Florence

Pro: It felt like we had our own renaissance mansion for our short stay. It's wonderfully located and appointed and would suit a much longer stay than the three nights we had. It's located very close to the Uffizi and the River walking distance to everything you're in Florence to see. There are some amazing little restaurants nearby that aren't rammed full of tourists.

Contro: It was the most onerous booking procedure on our entire trip, requiring lease documents, multiple communications and documents back-and-forth. I think property this is probably more set up for longer stays, where this makes more sense. The final cost was also much more than what was quoted on booking.com. The hosts were lovely the whole way through and getting access when we arrived was super easy.

Uitmuntende locatie in hartje Florence, comfortabel verblijf.

Pro: Perfecte locatie, paar minuten lopen van het Palazzo Vecchio en het Uffizi. Alles is om de hoek! Appartement is heerlijke Italiaanse stijl, hoge kamers, prima bedden. Schoon en comfortabel.

Pro: The appartment is located in a perfect location, it has big spaces and it is very clean.

Appartement confortable et charmant, très bien situé.

Pro: L'emplacement, le charme ancien de l'appartement, l'espace. La propreté, les équipements assez complet, le dialogue agréable avec la propriétaire. Le couchage du canapé-lit du séjour est très bien.

Contro: Le bruit de la rue (passages fréquents de commerçants avec leurs chariots...), le manque d'isolation dû aux fenêtres anciennes du séjour. En revanche les fenêtres de la chambre sont récentes. La salle de bain accessible uniquement par la chambre.
