Pro: Casa accogliente e ben attrezzata spazi ottimi per 4 persone. Parcheggio privato ottimo e comodo per il centro raggiungibile con comoda passeggiata.

Contro: Nulla

Pro: Appartamento perfetto. Completo negli accessori. Pulito, arredato con gusto. Ogni cosa posizionata al posto giusto in modo molto razionale. Ubicato in prossimità delle mura di Porta Romana e con opportunità di parcheggio in loco. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Pro: servizio ottimo nessun motivo per contestare , ci andrei a vivere

Contro: forse solo un po di umidita

Comfortable stay at easy to reach location

Pro: Big house with enough space for a family of 4. Comfortable to sleep and well maintained clean house, kitchen and bathrooms. Having a washing machine is a big plus. Bus stops are closeby at a short walk, but ofcourse Italian buses aren't as reliable as one would wish.

Contro: It's a bit inconvenient for elderly people to climb and decent the stairs all the time as both bedrooms are upstairs. It's tricky to open the main door with the key. Was a struggle to open it the first time we went out and returned. It'd be good if the host explains it to the guests when checking in, instead of just handing over the keys.

Pro: Thank you again for your hospitality. Next time in Florence, we'll only stay with you.

Tranquilidade

Pro: A casa é um charme, num bairro residencial muito tranquilo, dentro de um condomínio. Me senti muito segura. Casa limpa, confortável, cozinha muito equipada. Não sentimos falta de nada! No quarto do casal tem uma pequena varanda com uma vista linda! Adorava acordar e ir pegar um sol lá de manhã mesmo no frio Na primeira noite tivemos uma dificuldade com o termostato do aquecedor, mas nos foi esclarecido no dia seguinte. Gostamos bastante! Voltaria com certeza numa outra oportunidade.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour

Pro: Très bel appartement, soigné, décoré avec beaucoup de goût

Contro: Le sol à l’extérieur est très sale à cause des bacs rouillés. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien. Pas de possibilité d’aérer la salle de bain à l étage. Après avoir fait une longue route, une bouteille d’eau à notre arrivée aurait été appréciée. Personne n’était sur place pour nous accueillir, nous avons dû attendre 20mn.

Florencia siempre impresiona

Pro: Una casa muy completa cerca de los monumentos para ir dando un paseo. Aparcamiento propio para no molestarse en mover el coche.

Beautiful Home away from Home Ippolito Pindemonte

Pro: Ippolito Pindemonte is a beautiful brand new deluxe apartment/condo! Loved the brand new/modern kitchen, the showers, the upstairs terrace, and entry way patio. The neighborhood is gated (which is an extra plus), very quiet, nice, and easily accessible to CaffeFour Supermercado off of the Porto Romano, Palazzo de Pitti, the Lungarno Guicciardini (off of the Arno River), and a few bars not too far from the Borgo San Frediano. Bus #11, 12, and 37 stops frequently off of the Viale Francesco Petrarca in case you have days that you don't want to walk. Most places are walkable and easily accessible once you get across the bridge that takes you over the Arno River. Ensure you watch a few YouTube videos to learn how to use the oven, the microwave, and washer machine. You will have an amazing stay at Ippolito Pindemonte!

Contro: The main door is a bit tricky to open. You have to turn the key three times to the right and than pull the larger knob towards you at the same time to open the main door. (Make sure you practice this process several times before the property manager leaves.) I didn't know that. In case of emergencies it's a bit difficult getting a hold of the property. Ensure you understand/know how to use all of the appliances before the property manager leaves the apartment. Other than that everything was wonderful.
