Pro: La posizione centrale strategica per poter visitare Firenze in comodità.

Excellent value and gracious host

Pro: Large and spacious. Excellent location 5 min walk at most to Duomo. Nice loft bed. Outstanding host with excellent communication. Very good value. Washing machine.

Contro: It’s across the street from the Accademia museum so it can get noisy. The back bedroom is quiet. Some stair climbing. But neither is unusual for Europe

Great location, great apartment, very helpful and kind staff

Pro: Great location and very comfortable spacious living area, everything worked perfectly and the host was very helpful with anything we needed, they gave a list of local restaurants, bars, clubs, and activities which I haven’t received anywhere else and this is my 4th time in Italy

Contro: Only complaint was the showers both couldn’t seem to stay at the same temperature and constantly went cold and then extremely hot.

Great place from which to explore Florence

Pro: The location of Ricasoli can't be beat. It is across the street from the Accademia and David, a couple of blocks away from the Duomo, and there are supermarkets and restaurants steps away. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, a good place to rent with a group (we had four people). Corso is a gracious host and he responded quickly to any questions we had.

Contro: a few more towels would be good

Great location

Pro: The location is great, but because you are so close to the Cathedral it can get noisy at night with tourists and the bells. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs and mosquito repellent too. As many places in Italy, you have to climb up stairs, so be sensible when packing your luggage.

Pro: Как такового завтрака не было,☹️ расположение идеальное!!!!!😇

Contro: В рекламе Via Ricasoli apartment, написано, что есть три сапльни, но как оказалось в действительности: Две спальни и третье место с кроватью , находиться в салоне( гостинной ) и по ступенькам нужно подняться под потолок, якобы второй этаж гостинной , так что ты в принципе спишь в гостиной ( так как второй этаж не отделён от гостинной). Это не совсем подходило для моей семьи, и мы узнали об этом только по прибытии. Хозяин предложил вернуть деньги и аннулировать заказ, но у нас уже не было выбора и мы остались. Ещё хочу отметит, что апартаменты находятся на последнем (3 этаж без лифта и было очень не просто подыматься и спускаться, не говоря уже подьёме и спуске с багажом).

Pro: Ótima localização. Casa grande, espaçosa e confortável.

Contro: Chuveiro horrível. A água ou é muito quente ou fria.

Superbe séjour à Florence

Pro: Situation centrale. Grand espace de vie. 2 salles de douche. Bien équipé (sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, cuisine équipée, essuies et draps). Bienveillance, gentillesse et disponibilité de Corso, notre hôte.

Contro: Débit de l'eau dans la douche un peu faible. Appartement au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur (séance de sport quotidienne 😉)

Just spectacular!

Pro: Very spacious, clean, just a step away from the major sites ! Corso is the best host ever!!!!! He even went beyond that and helped us with our luggage! There’s a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge 🤗
