Wonderful character property in the centre of Florence.

Pro: Wonderful charming property in a central location. Fantastic panoramic views across the rooftops of Florence. Modern kitchen and bathroom with everything you needed, home from home.

Contro: We felt the decor was too dark which created ‘dark’ areas within the living area. The whole place would be so much brighter if it were painted white or cream, but that’s just our personal opinion! We moved one of the floor lamps over towards the kitchen/dining area to create more light as it was so dark during the evening or on duller days.

Appartement spacieux très bien situé à Florence

Pro: appartement spacieux, bien équipé avec vue sur les toits, conforme au descriptif.

Contro: Le lit était trop mou. Nous entendions les voix des voisins de la chambre. les 4 étages sont difficiles à monter en fin de journée

Absolutely perfect!

Pro: Everuthing was splendid! Very clean and stylish, there is everything you could need, washing capsules, dishwasher capsules, etc. The view is amazing! We really enjoyed having dinners at the balcony with the view of Duomo. The location is the best! Right next to Pitti palace and a few steps from Ponte Vecchio. There is a supermarket in about 5 mins walk.

Contro: The stairs to the apartment are steep, but it was clear when we were booking so we were prepared. And the host kindly helped us with one of the suitcases. So thank you! But to those who travel with larger suitcases, please take note that it is hard to go up. For us definitely worth it!

Recent gerestaureerd appartement met schitterend uitzicht, geen lawaaihinder.

Pro: Zeer mooi appartement. Ideaal gelegen in een verkeersarme straat. Vlakbij bezienswaardigheden en leuke restaurants. Het appartement was zeer proper bij aankomst. De keuken was recent vernieuwd en uitgerust met de nodige stukken.

Contro: Geen negatieve punten! Je moet wel rekening houden met het feit dat er geen lift is en het appartement zich op de 4de verdieping bevindt.

Pro: The property was stunning! The ceilings are high and the space is so open. It had a gorgeous view of the Duomo and a little balcony to sit one. The bathroom was large and luxurious!

Super comfortable and highly recommend.

Pro: We loved the location of this property, it is within walking distance of everything and has a gorgeous view. The place was super clean and you are kindly greeted by the host at the beginning of the stay.

Contro: The steep stairs were not ideal but Florence is an old city you can’t complain too much.

Pro: Amazing location, excellent view, and nice spacious apartment.

Contro: The bed was slightly lopsided, like the foam had been warn down on one side. Absolutely wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.
