Pro: Very clean, comfortable and spacious two rooms, two bathrooms and lounge/kitchen Location of the flat was very good and nearby Tram station and bus stops.

Contro: Check in time was 16:00 which is not traveller friendly. 12:00 noon or 13:00 would be much better.

Pro: The location was good, not far from the attractions. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable.

Contro: Road noise was annoying, but I think that it would be difficult to stay anywhere central and not have road noise.

Pro: Great location. City center in walking distance or If you want you can take a bus or tram. 24h self check in. Comfortable beds, spacious. Appt is well equipped. On the other hand cleaning needs a little bit of improvement, especially floors and shower. Second shower has only overhead shower head attached to the ceiling.

All in all, it was a wonderful stay! A very spacious apartment!

Pro: The location was good if you have been to Florence before and know how to get around a bit. Maybe, just a little far from the center if you have problems walking too far but completely doable.

Contro: We had an issue with the one bathroom sink. My husband realized that it looked precariously attached to the wall and so we immediately informed them of it. They were prompt to respond but because of language difficulties, we were not able to communicate with some of the people they sent to the apartment to take a look at it. It was not a serious issue though. I’m sure they took care of the matter when we left.

We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Pro: Convenient to everything. About a 15 min walk from the train station, straight shot, easy to maneuver with rolling suitcases and backpacks, but for convenience I would take the very easy to board tram Next time for 1.7e. Beds were comfortable and water was hot. We lost power one time but Lorenzo got us back and running in no time. Great places to eat right around the corners:Penta Bistrot has the best pizza right out of a fire oven and not far from there was Gelateria Di’Medici with an amazing pistachio Gelato. Very safe, did a lot of walking up to 11 pm.

Contro: There was a misunderstanding about trash that was easily cleared up when we were leaving and the housekeeper got there. I kept trying to download the app from the sign hanging on the door explaining trash and how to seperate it and kept being told I needed a code to sign up. The whole time, in the apartment where the laundry key is, there was a key fob with the QR code on it to open the trash bins. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Pro: The location was great, near the center, but just outside to have a peacefull stayed. The facilities are clean and with good space.

Contro: I think they need to replace their keys because wear makes them difficult to work at times

Pro: The property was spacious for a group of 4, very clean and the location was great as we could walk to wherever we wanted to go.

Contro: Nothing is was a great property.

Contro: Le bruit des voitures très tôt le matin (mais pas en week-end) puisque l appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussé !
