Pro: E stato tutto dir poco perfeto ,simo capitati nei giorni caldissimi che fuori la temperatura toccava 38 gradi e la casa era freschissima e il cortile ombrato una favola ...arededato con grande gusto e sharm ... La signora Milena una oste stelata ...pronta a farvi sentire in vostro aggio e crearvi comodità e dare suggerimenti utili in ogni momento ... Assolutamente da tornare anche per qualche giorno in più ...qualità prezzo perfetto In 4 statti comodissimi Suggerisco appassionatamente...

Pro: posizione comodissima per fiera e centro, silenzio durante la notte

Contro: materasso troppo molle, umidità dalla cantina, prezzo.

Very nice apartment close to the train station (10 min walk) and to the town center (15 min walk)

Pro: The apartment is spacious for two couples. The rooms are tranquil and roomy, offering plenty of privacy as they are well-separated. While the living room is quite small, the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for preparing breakfast (we haven't prepared other meals). Additionally, there is a cozy patio. We were warmly welcomed and received the keys from the host. Communication with the host was easy.

Contro: The mattresses were not very comfortable, as they were too soft for our preference. The bathrooms are compact, and one was missing the shower's protective glass.

This a nice place to stay in florence, it is a 15-25 minutes walk from the city center

Pro: The decoration was nice, the house was beautiful and comfortable, it was big and they paid attention to details, we found it a bit expensive, but otherwise it was ok. One thing is that it doesn't get a lot of light during the day so it is pretty dark (what is good if you are going during summer)

Contro: I guess there is nothing I didn't really like, just the price seemed a lot in comparison to other properties and the lack of light inside house was weird.

Lovely for a city break

Pro: La Casa di Rouse was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, was the perfect size for three adults, and a good location to access the city on foot but still have quiet surroundings.

Lovely stay in a relaxed cosy apartment

Pro: Apartment was spacious and comfortable after a busy day sightseeing. We liked the fact that it was away from all the hustle and bustle of the tourist sights but within easy walking distance.

Contro: Some instructions for the oven would have been helpful as managed to use first time but couldn't get it to warm up on the second occasion.... suspect it was user error. It would have been nice to use the towel rails to air the towels.

Pro: Cozy and comfortable apartment in the city centre. Communication with Milena was fast and easy.

Excellent apartment just out of the main city centre

Pro: Very convenient for walking into Florence centre and the train station. Tram stop 5 mins away made getting to the airport easy. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Very cool and good air conditioning which was good in a hotter than expected October break. Good to have outside space as well. Convenient local coffee shop/bakery supermarket and restaurants.

Contro: The living room space is a bit small and only had 2 easy chairs.
