Modern Cosy Apartment Near Florence City Center

Contro: C'è questa porta prima di ingrassare al appartamento che e condivisa con un altro accanto,

Pro: Posizione ottima, appartamento nuovo e super fornito, proprietario molto disponibile, consigliato.

Contro: Nulla.

Pro: L'appartamento è di nuova ristrutturazione, molto bello e curato. I dettagli curati nel minimo particolare c'è tutto quello che serve dalla lavasciuga al phon, alla macchina per espresso, alla cucina superaccessoriata, al climatizzatore, a una bella doccia, ai cuscini di differente altezza e tantissimi altri utili accorgimenti. La posizione è perfetta per il centro con il tram T2 a 50 MT e a 10 MT c'è una pasticceria molto interessante. Alessandro, l'host è stato super. Nella zona ci sono le strisce blu per il parcheggio nei giorni feriali e con app tipo Easy park si riesce a parcheggiare fino a 48 ore continuative. Nei giorni festivi le strisce blu sono gratuite.

Pro: L’appartamento è molto funzionale e dotato di tutti i comfort. Il letto comodo e la pulizia buona. La zona è tranquilla e con nelle vicinanze tutto ciò che occorre, bar, pasticceria, market, tramvia ecc. Alessandro è stato estremamente disponibile e ha accolto tutte le mie necessità. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso la sua struttura!

Pro: It was perfect, very clean and well equipped, 2 or 3 minutes to the tram stop that goes straight to the City center. Very helpful owner, I was stuck in Pisa because of a train strike, and we were communicating as he was helping me search for other options to go to Florence.

We love our time in Florence - Highly recommended to stay this apartment.

Pro: Room: Looked exactly like the pictures, equipped with everything one would need, AC, Kitchenwares, Moka pot, Wine openers, Plates, Bowls, etc. We could cook ourselves Breakfast, Lunch, and Diner without problem. Mattress was comfortable. Toilettery was sufficient for our stay. Very clean when we arrived. Location: Great location, very convenience, 12 Minutes ride to the city center. Very simple to reach via tram T2, which running every 10 minutes. Also very simple to reach from Airport, by foot (15 mintues) or Tram T2 (3 stops). No need to drag big lugguages through small padestrian. The apartment surrounded by great places - Pasterie, Big Supermarket, Restaurants. All are in walking distance. Made our stay very comfortable. Host: Alessandro, was very kind and helpful, taking care of our belonging because we arrived quite early in the morning.

Great stay for Florence exploration

Pro: Next to T2 tram line that is 20 mins away from the city centre. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful host. With spacious bathroom.

Pro: Everything was great! It was clean, spacious, had everything you can possibly need, everything new and good quality! The owner and his son are super nice and helpful people, also the location is great, just a few meters there is a tram stop nearby. Overall my best stay in Europe so far
