I had and enjoyable stay and would choose stay again in this property on my next trip to Florence. Highly recommend this

Pro: Well located, near to many tourist spots and it’s a 10 mins walk from airport tram station to the property. Property is spacious, well furnished with modern appliances, clean, and comes with kitchen equipment. Located at a quiet street, away from the busy tourist spots. The property is exactly as seen on the picture. The host was responsive during my entire stay.

Contro: There are 3 flights of stairs leading to the property which are narrow and steep, and this makes carrying luggages a challenge. Property do not have double glaze window and this does not keep the property warm during colder temperatures. A microwave oven would be nice, to be able to heat up food.

Pro: Excellent location with parking close by , 5 mins walk to central station and duomo everything was great specially the hosts were very cooperative. Most of all the place was very clean and tidy with all amenities

Contro: Just that there is no lift and you ve to climb with luggage to 2nd floor with very narrow and steep staircase

Pro: Brilliant location, lovely property. Very clean and extremely large and comfortable beds. Our host was fantastic - really helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for things to see and do and places to eat, which were all excellent. Really recommend staying here - you’ll love it!

Contro: Whilst not a problem for us the stairs are quite steep, but otherwise nothing at all.

The apartment is so nice and new and the air conditioning was a blessing. Would give a 10.

Pro: It was beautifully remodeled and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. It’s about a 10 minute walk to central market. The apartment is very quiet.

Contro: The steps into the apartment were extremely steep, like cobblestone, however, Florence is very old and many of the apartments were like that.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, geräumige Zimmer und tolle Lage. Einziger Nachteil: kein Aufzug und etwas staubiger Boden –

Pro: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und angenehm, und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Besonders nett war, dass Kaffee-Kapseln und Tee für uns bereitgestellt wurden. Die Lage ist hervorragend, alles war schnell erreichbar. Am besten gefallen hat uns die Klimaanlage – und das in jedem Zimmer.

Contro: Weniger gut war, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt und die Treppen sehr steil sind, außerdem war der Boden etwas staubig.

Pro: Hyvä sijainti rauhallisella katuosuudella. Lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja historiallista keskustaa. Lähellä myös kauppa. Varustelu oikein riittävä, ainoastaan viinipullonavaaja puuttui.

Contro: Ilmastointi olisi voinut olla parempi, huuneistossa oli turhan kuuma. Toinen suihku ei ollut käytössä.

Overall we had a very nice stay!!

Pro: Great location - we could get to almost all things we wanted to see in 15-20 mins walk. Hosts were very nice and communicative and gave excellent recommendations for things to see/do and places to eat!!

Contro: The upstairs (2nd) bathroom could not be used because of a leak. We learned about this the day we arrived. It was somewhat inconvenient as we had 4 adults staying there and had expected there would be 2 bathrooms to use. But we managed! Also it was kind of noisy during the day as work was being done in the apartment below. You can hear some street noise at night too.

Wir hatten in der Wohnung eine gute Zeit!

Pro: Es war alles in Ordnung, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und die Lage. Das Entree ins Haus ist nicht schön, aber in der Wohnung war alles gut. Weiter so!
