San Zanobi Apartment

Pro: La posizione è ottima, 10 minuti dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. sono raggiundibili a piedi le maggiori attrazioni della città (il centro) in 10/15 minuti. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano (senza ascensore). Affacciandosi sulla strada, la mattina, si sentivano i rumori dei lavori che stavano facendo sulla strada (ma non è certo colpa dei proprietari!). Comunque il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Contro: L'arredamento è essenziale, qualche sedia in più non guasterebbe. L'aria condizionata in soggiorno non arriva in camera da letto dove abbiamo utilizzato il ventilatore. Avendo soggiornato alla fine di giugno con 36/28 gradi esterni c'è stato un certo disagio. Le stoviglie (in particolare i piatti piani) sono insufficienti per una famiglia che vuole usufruire dell'angolo cottura. Noi ci siamo fermati 6 giorni e ci è capitato di cucinare qualcosa a casa. C'è da curare con un po' di più l'attenzione ai particolari come mettere qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più in bagno, assicurarsi che la tovaglia per la tavola sia della misura giusta e pulita. Mettere dei tovaglioli di carta anzichè di stoffa. Insomma piccole cose che renderebbero il soggiorno (in particolare se è di più giorni) più piacevole.

Confortevole

Pro: Posizione eccellente, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Chiesa di San Lorenzo. Via tranquilla. Abbiamo apprezzato la consegna chiavi di persona che ci ha permesso anche di ricevere consigli sulla città ed informazioni. Casa davvero ben curata e pulita, spaziosa per 2 persone, adatta anche per 4 persone con utilizzo del divano letto.

Contro: L'unica cosa che si può migliorare è aggiungere qualche componente alla cucina (in particolare scotte, una spugnetta per le superfici, sgrassatore per pulire i piani, ma sono davvero dettagli.

Comfort e gentilezza

Pro: L'appartamento è confortevole, dotato di tutti i servizi. La posizione è eccellente, vicina ai maggiori luoghi di interesse e la zona è tranquilla. I gestori sono stati gentili e disponibili.

Contro: Nulla da segnalare

Pro: Cesare, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto, ci ha fornito precise indicazioni aggiungendo inoltre anche molte informazioni su visite, locali tipici dove mangiare spendendo poco e chicche cittadine. Grazie

A great flat close to central Florence. Great hosting including a personal orientation to Florence.

Pro: The location was excellent, very clean. Excellent host, very responsive.

Contro: We couldn’t log into streaming services in the TV. But this was a small thing as we weren’t there to watch TV.

Pro: A great home base from which to explore Florence. The apartment was ideal for our family's needs. Very clean and comfortable! We manged to walk the entire city over a couple of days, often coming back for lunch, and an afternoon rest; before heading out again in the evening. Our hosts gave us lots of invaluable tips.of places to visit, shop eat and explore. They were all spot on!

Contro: A very minor gripe is that the power points were a little tricky to use, and not all worked. But it didn't spoil our experience. We made it work! Either way, we highly recommend San Zanobi apartment, and would not hesitate to rebook for a future visit.

Great stay with all the necessities

Pro: Very flexible check in, Matias was a very attentive host who answered all our questions and made sure we were properly settled in the apartment. The apartment had all the amenities we needed.

Contro: The humidity was a bit high but we tried to eliminate using the AC unit.

Highly recommended! All the experience was great and we would book it again if returning to Florence

Pro: The host had clear communication throughout the whole interaction. We met to handle the keys and he also shared some valuable tips about the area, restaurants and things we wanted to do in the city. The apartment was clean, organized and with a lot of space. The facilities include all you need for a short or long stay (cooking utensils, washing machine, comfy bed and spacious apartment) and wifi works perfectly for work.

Contro: Nothing major to add. The apartment is a bit dark and cold, which can be plus during summer.

Excellent location, great hosts

Pro: The location was perfect for us - close to the city centre but not so close as to be noisy at night. The bed was comfortable (if a bit low for me!); facilities were excellent including AC, plenty hot water for showers, and a washing machine. There were plenty of restaurants close by, including some recommended by the hosts. The hosts were helpful but not intrusive. The apartment was a lovely size for the 2 of us, probably a bit small for 4.

Contro: Not a lot! The sofa, which turned into a second bed, was not comfortable to sit on but then few of them ever are!
