Pro: Appartamento nuovo e ben arredato dotato di due bagni molto comodo per un soggiorno con più persone, posizione comoda vicino al centro in una zona tranquilla

Contro: Appartamento un po' difficile da riscaldare avendo spazi ampi e pochi termosifoni

Pro: It takes 15 minutes to reach the heart of Florence. Dish washer and 2 capsules for 2 nights. The apartment is clean with high roof, the furniture is new.

Contro: Cold in the apartment, especially cold floor, cold radiator in bathroom that is impossible to dry towels or anything you need. No washing machine. No coffee machine that is usually a standard for Italy. The check in only from 15.00 , we ask earlier and the apartment was cleaned at 12 but the staff didn’t permit. When you sleep with open window it is quite noisy outside. The mattress cover wasn’t made from natural material that’s why it made the body sweat at night.

Pro: A very clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment

Pro: Great Location. Clean and with everything you need inside the apartment.

Contro: The shower door upstairs was detaching from the rail, and there was an issue with the main door code after 4 days it stop working until.the end of the stay but we had the key to open as a backup. But with a group.of 8 it was difficult when we were not together to get into the building.

Enjoyable

Pro: Good walking distance from everything. Apartment nice and clean. Quiet area. A grocery shop across the road. Linen and towels clean and enough.

Contro: The air conditioners filter needs a clean. The electricity tripped every time we switched on the kettle.

Pro: Great spacious apartment. Clean, comfortable and in a great location.

Contro: Toooo many stairs and no lift!! but that’s the case in most apartments in Florence.

Great base to explore florence

Pro: The location was great. Far enough to have some silence during the night, but close enoough to hit the city attraction fast. the place is very spaciuos for 4 people. If you want to travel with 6, those who sleep in the kitchen may change the perspective

Contro: The bathroom requires a renovation. It was clean, but the furniture and some equpment need to be repelced. Bacause of the broken door handle we olmost got stuckedf ina very importantnt moment, but i believe it was repaired after we left

Pro: The apartment was large, clean and modern. The location was excellent, it was in a quiet area but close walking distance to everything. Perfect apartment for a family.

Contro: Everything was great.

Pro: Well equipped, modern and very clean facilities. Good location. Good hosts. Rang on arrival to make sure everything ok and rand when we left to check again.

Pro: Beautiful apartment in a convenient and quiet location. Very clean (all just as the photos) with super comfortable beds. Friendly café on the corner for breakfast, lovely lady don’t flinch when my teenage son wanted an iced coffee for breakfast.

Contro: The A/C unit in the main bedroom wasn’t as effective as the other 2, so the room was a little too warm overnight.
