Perfect apartment for your Florence vacation.

Pro: Our party of 5 - 4 adults and a teen - stayed at this wonderful apartment for 3 nights in mid June 2024. The owner was in contact via WhatApp before we arrived, and shared a video of accessing the lockbox and the apartment, as well as recommending area restaurants and sights. The apartment is huge, clean, and absolutely beautifully decorated. 2 large bedrooms for the couples and a smaller bedroom for the teen, a full kitchen, and two bathrooms with showers. A washing machine we used a lot, after 8 days living out of carryons. 15 minute walk from Firenze SMN station, and 5-15 minute walk to virtually every sight one visits Florence to experience, as well as innumerable restaurants. A Carrefour Express market a block away. We could not have been more pleased with the apartment and the location. Thank you, Elisa!

Beautiful apartment in a great area

Pro: Location was excellent - so close to all the main attractions and near to some lovely small restaurants away from the busy touristy areas. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds

Contro: Noise from the street in the front bedroom was quite loud, so if a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. Small price to pay for central location

Amazing Florence hosts made this stay great

Pro: Beautiful home. Well equipped. All the necessary amenities. Wonderful hosts - super accommodating, responsive and helpful the entire trip.

Contro: Road noise. The street is a busy car traffic street with loud traffic noise in the living room and front bedroom.

Wonderful large apartment in quiet neighborhood

Pro: Lovely historic flat in a quieter street of Florence. Electricity, internet, and appliances all worked well. We did several loads of laundry. We loved the location, decor, our host, and the fact that it had two bathrooms. Worth every penny. The owner was lovely and helpful. We felt very lucky to stay there.

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: The apartment is centrally located and all attractions are easily reached from there on foot. The host Elisa was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and things to do, helped us with taxi bookings and was extremely responsive. We stayed in the apartment with 4 people and its huge with plenty of space. You directly feel at home with the cosy interior and the well equipped kitchen. We highly recommend staying here and can't stress enough how kind Elisa the host was 😊
