Lovely & Quite One Bedroom Near Piazza Santo Spirito

Ottima struttura

Pro: Struttura collocata nel centro di Firenze, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il palazzo é molto caratteristico e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato lenzuola pulite e kit per la doccia con asciugamani.

Pro: L'appartamento è in una zona molto tranquilla,a circa 10 minuti dal centro e 20 minuti dall'arrivo della tramvia da Santa Maria novella,molto carino ed accogliente,ci ritornerei certamente

Pro: a ridosso del fiume Arno,a 5 minuti a piedi da ponte vecchio,in pratica a 10 minuti a piedi dalle cose più importanti

Pro: Accogliente, tutti i servizi descritti inclusi e funzionanti. Posizione perfetta per visitare tutta la città a piedi. Staff molto puntuale e disponibile.

Contro: Peccava un po' nella pulizia delle stoviglie e un po' in generale (tranne i servizi igienici molto puliti). Molti scalini per entrare nell'abitazione.

Pro: Great location and affordable price. Easy to reach the city center, and all essentials are nearby.

Contro: When we arrived, the toilet wasn’t working and remained out of order for an entire day. The operator of the company was not communicative and didn’t offer any help to a woman with a small child who was carrying a large suitcase, in addition to me also having a big luggage. After we got to the apartment, he simply told us the toilet didn’t work and didn’t explain anything else unless we asked. It turned out he hadn’t even informed the company about the issue, we had to reach out ourselves to request a plumber. Because of this, we had to stay in the apartment the next morning and delay our plans, which was frustrating since it was only a two-night stay. The plumber, to be fair, was a really nice guy and helpful. The building has no elevator, and the staircase is narrow and steep. The apartment feels like it’s on the fourth or fifth floor, I didn’t count exactly, but it’s high up. The walls and furniture are noticeably worn. The place could really use some maintenance. I didn’t use the Wi-Fi much, but it seemed to work okay. Phone signal was fine.

Great location and quiet

Pro: Excellent location. Peaceful and quiet, which is very unusual in central Florence. There are lots of stairs and no lift, which didn't bother us but something to bear in mind. We felt very at home, safe and comfortable.

Contro: Could have been a bit cleaner.

Wonderful place to stay for a family in central Florence!

Pro: We loved the location - amazing!! The place was as described & in the photos and perfect for our 3 day stay in Florence to see the main sights with our family. There is lots of space, air conditioning and washing facilities that we found handy (we didn't need to use the kitchen / fridge in the end)

Contro: Nothing - warning that there are 3 flights of stairs (but that didn't bother us) and it's an old building, which is a positive for us but some may not think so as, for example, the bathroom is ageing. Bring some cash to pay for the city tax.
