We loved the apartment, and are longing to come back!! Thank you so much.

Pro: Very central, clean and stylish apartment. The bathroom was very well equipped and had everything we needed!

Contro: It could be nice to have mugs for the coffee machine and tea spoons. Not required at all, but a rug would have make the apartment so lovely and cosy but we loved it anyway!

A beautiful, comfortable stay in Florence with seamless check-in and plenty of charm.

Pro: The room is exactly as pictured—clean, inviting, and in a gorgeous, walkable part of town. Natural light filters in beautifully, and the shutters give you excellent control over both brightness and airflow. You can completely block the light for sleeping or let it in while keeping the window closed, which works great with the air conditioning. The ambient lighting inside is also well thought-out—soft and adjustable, making the room feel like a genuinely pleasant place to hang out, not just crash. The bed is comfortable, and having a fridge and kettle was genuinely convenient. Check-in was straightforward and seamless, as long as you have internet access on your phone—Florence law requires a person to greet you and hand over keys, but the host was exactly on time and very flexible. Everything about the experience felt smooth and welcoming.

Contro: There are a couple of very minor things worth noting. The view is blocked by a building directly across the street, so while you get lots of natural light, you’re not gazing out at Florence’s rooftops. The side tables by the bed are a little wobbly, and there were no coffee pods provided for the machine—though that’s easily resolved by picking some up yourself at a nearby shop. None of these things were a big deal, and none took away from how enjoyable and comfortable the space felt overall.
