Spazioso e silenzioso
Pro: L'appartamento è molto spazioso e luminoso,oltre ad essere molto silenzioso. Personalmente la posizione è ottima:vicina a tutte le attrazioni,ma un po' fuori dal centro per evitare la confusione
Contro: Se proprio devo cercare un difetto direi che ogni tanto in casa si sente l'odore di pesce del vicino ristorante:nulla di grave per furtuna!

Exceeded our expectations!
Pro: Large Apartment in the perfect location of Florence! You can reach everything by foot and when coming back in the evening a totally clean and comfortable home is awaiting you. The decor and furnishing is really good and the place is well equipped with even a coffee machine! During our short trip it really made us feel living in Florence as its normal. If coming back to Florence one day we definitely would choose that place again!

Wonderful, spacious Aparment.
Pro: Spacious, extremely clean, flexible check-in, wonderful Location easily walkable to all of the local sites. Had all that we needed and was very comfortable.

Pro: Good location, nice apartment with good furnishings.
Contro: Check-in procedure wasn’t easiest. Had to provide a time and have someone meet us for key handover. Key box would be better solution.

You couldn't ask for more..
Pro: Excellent location, on the same street as Babae restaurant which has a fuctioning Buchette del vino (Wine Window). The area has great places to eat, drink and be merry. It's on the southern side of the river Arno but is within easy walking distance of the sights. The apartment is great, a good size, clean, comfortable. The host was great in communication and very informative about Florence, we would stay again!

Great stay.
Pro: Wonderful location, very clean and spacious. Hosts were very responsive, especially Marco. Marco always answered any questions immediately, was super friendly, met us promptly when we arrived, checked everything was fine in the apartment for us, and gave us great suggestions for local restaurants,
Contro: No complaints

Pro: Понравилось абсолютно всё! Квартира удобная, чистая, есть отопление, что не маловажно в зимний период :)! Расположение великолепное: до ж/д вокзала 5-10 минут пешком, до Уффицы - 10 минут, до Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore - 15 минут; вообщем все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности! Район спокойный, нам ни какой шум не доставлял беспокойства. Девушка Мартина, которая нас встречала, предоставила много полезной информации: где можно покушать, где магазины, где арендовать машину, скутер и многое другое, за что ей отдельное большое спасибо!
Contro: Такого нет :) Но я бы добавила крышку для сковороды :))

Close to best of Florence!
Pro: Large apartment in a great location for food and attractions. We were met promptly and had excellent communication with host (she was great!). They gave great recommendations.
Contro: I didn’t mind it but there’s a restaurant nearby. Minor noise but nothing like being in a bar district. Very comfortable beds.

Beautiful apartment but some issues with management
Pro: A lovely apartment in an ideal location. It is beautifully decorated and airy. The street is very quiet even though the flat is one minute from lively bars and cafes. Great bathroom and good lighting.
Contro: The air conditioning did not function well —-even with two fans in the bedroom the room temps were over 80F until someone came to fix the AC. Florence is too hot in July for AC units to need servicing while you have a guest in the flat—i should have been offered a partial refund. I was also locked out upon arrival (a door was bolted that should not have been) and I stood in the street at night for one hour until the problem could be rectified (I’d been up since 4am and was not at all thrilled about this—it’s terrible business for a host or manager not to meet an arriving guest personally, and leaving me in the street that long was unforgivable. To make things worse, the host attempted to apologize by offering me a free breakfast at a nearby cafe—but then never followed through.
