Consigliato , se hai problemi con le scale lascia perdere😁

Pro: Posizione, stile arredi,atmosfera, cucina attrezzata.

Contro: L’alloggio si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore. Non adatto a persone con mobilità ridotta.

Florence is fantastic, but the crowds can be annoying.

Pro: Quirky apartment, living area spacious but it worked. 80+ steps up from street are a challenge, but location is excellent.

artsy and cosy

Pro: This little apartment is a very pleasant place to stay and spend your time. It is comfortable and cosy. We really liked its aesthetic and the furniture! Also, we have to note that the place has a lot of light and it was very clean.

Contro: the only downgrade is that there are a lot of stairs to walk until you reach the door. from the other hand ,it has a very nice view as it is very high up. there is a little detail that we also did not like: one of the windows had a ripped window net and all the mosquitoes were coming in.

Pro: L’espace dans l’appartement, les différents espaces de couchage pour chaque enfant, la vue sur les toits de Florence, la qualité de la literie (nous avons très bien dormi), le côté cosy de l’appartement, les équipements en cuisine, la localisation de l’appartement, la disponibilité de l’équipe sur place,

Contro: Les 4 étages sans ascenseurs (on aurait du faire plus attention lors de la réservation), le wifi un peu faiblé parfois.

Pro: The apartment is very spacious and exceedingly comfortable. The location in the city is perfect. Located right across the river from downtown, it's quiet in the evening, and still only a 10 to 15 minute walk to all of Florence's larger attractions. There are still plenty of great dining options within 3 blocks of the apartment as well.

Pro: The location is great, there's a wine window beside the building.

Contro: No elevator. We have to carry our luggage and the stairs get steeper at the top and scary to go down with your luggage.

Prachtig, met veel charme en topligging.

Pro: Prachtig appartement in historisch gebouw.Veel ruimte. 2 slaapkamers met comfortabel dubbel bed. En 1 bed die op mezzanine staat, die uitgeeft op woonkamer. Super goed gelegen, je kan van hieruit alles tevoet doen. Wij maakten gebruik van de GLB group parking. Heel goede service. Zij werken samen met de verhuurder en hebben ook de sleutel van het appartement bij aankomst.

Contro: Trappen. 80 hoge trappen te doen. Niet zo handig als je veel bagage naar boven moet sleuren. Je moet dus goed te been zijn. Langs de andere kant heeft het ook wel zijn charme.
