Spacious apartment by Duomo

Questo appartamento resterà un bellissimo ricordo di uno strampalato soggiorno a Firenze

Pro: Io e altri miei 4 amici abbiamo alloggiato qui dal 27 febbraio al primo marzo. L'appartamento è molto ampio, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema con gli spazi. E' dotato di cucina, lenzuola, asciugamani, la posizione è ottima, si arriva in venti minuti a Santa Maria del Fiore e lì da quelle parti ci sono anche dei localetti simpatici dove divertirsi la sera

Contro: L'unico consiglio che mi sentirei di dare, magari, è di lasciare nell'appartamento dei sacchi per la spazzatura. Al momento del check-out ci è stato chiesto di lasciare (giustamente) le stanze con ordine, però abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà a rimediare delle buste per i rifiuti. Ma si tratta di una piccola accortezza, per il resto l'appartamento è stupendo

Pro: Ottima posizione, bell'appartamento, staff pronto a rispondere velocemente a qualunque richiesta, divano letto comodissimo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia che è stato risolto velocemente.

Contro: Premetto che sono dettagli tutto sommato di poco peso sulla qualità generale. Le stoviglie non erano pulite e non vengono fornite pastiglie o detersivo per la comodissima lavastoviglie (risolto usando pochissimo detersivo piatti). Una stanza non ha finestre quindi poco areata (risolto usando il comodissimo divano letto in sala) ed il riscaldamento (altissimo) non è regolabile manualmente in alcuni termosifoni. Per accedere all' appartamento vanno percorse due ripide rampe di scale, a mio parere andrebbe evidenziato in fase di prenotazione.

Pro: La centralità dell’appartamento e lo spazio a disposizione .

Contro: Le pulizie generali erano soddisfacenti però c’era molta polvere vecchia su lampade e sotto letti . Manca un appoggio per beauty nei bagni .

Fantastic location, very good value for money

Pro: The location was incredible, the apartment is very spacious & comfortable. It was a good temperature & had good facilities- tv, fridge/freezer, 2 bathrooms, ironing board

Contro: It could be a bit cleaner - the shower needs re grouting, dust & then cupboards just have random things in them. It wouldn’t take much to make it perfect.

Pro: The loaction of the apartment is very good, very close to the city center and all the areas of interest. The apartment is in a good condition with a spacious living room, kitch and dining space.

Contro: The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator so it's a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. One bedroom is quite big but the other two rooms are quite small. Same with the bathrooms, one of them is a decent size whereas the other one is very cramped.

Great apartment in the heart of the city

Pro: Amazing location, right in the heart of things. Close to the Duomo and the excellent bars and restaurants. Good, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well appointed and it was good to have access to a washing machine. Excellent showers (and bonus to have two bathrooms). The air conditioning was fantastic. It was a short taxi ride from the train station, but a very straighforward walk too.

Contro: There were a few stairs to get to the apartment and no lift - keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage. The third bedroom was up a flight of stairs and seemed far away from the other two bedrooms, the person in group who was going to use it chose to share a room instead.

Pro: I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking for a great location in Florence; super close to the Duomo and other attractions as well as a plethora of bars and restaurants. The apartment was huge and very clean, and the host was extremely accommodating. I would stay here again!

Pro: all rooms air-conditioned easy to store baggage after stay

Contro: 3rd floor, long stairs up

Perfect location for sight seeing!

Pro: Perfect location (in the heart of the city), attentive and kind owner, lots of very useful information in the city guide included.

Contro: Impossible to get a taxi near the apartment, going up and down all the stairs is tricky with lots of luggage and little kids.
